Vacation rentals with beach access in Balestrate

Bardzo ładny, mały apartament na parterze z miejscem do zaparkowania samochodu i bezpośrednim dostępem do plaży. Kuchnia dobrze wyposażona, choć brakowało czajnika elektrycznego (ale przecież jesteśmy we Włoszech - tu dominuje kawa i wino!:)) Do dyspozycji były również leżaki i parasole na plażę. Dobra baza wypadowa do Palermo, Trapani i Segesty. Giuseppe przyjął nas osobiście, wszystko dokładnie wyjaśnił. Polecił nam również wspaniałą restaurację na świąteczny obiad.

Siamo stati qui per una settimana in aprile (Arrampicata sportiva ed escursioni varie). Posso assolutamente raccomandare l’appartamento. Ampio, con una grande terrazza, cucina ben attrezzata e molto pulito. La posizione è perfetta. In 2 minuti ci sono panificio, pescheria e supermercato. Il centro è raggiungibile a piedi in qualche minuto. Abbiamo parcheggiato di fronte all’appartamento. San Vito Lo Capo è un posto assolutamente fantastico. Per chi pratica arrampicata sportiva,… assolutamente da provare!

Gianfranco splendido host, anche senza vederci mai è stato puntualissimo e tutto era perfetto. Dall'arrivo alla partenza, ogni volta che gli ho scritto su wapp o l'ho chiamato è sempre stato super reattivo. La casa è davvero bella, confortevole e pulita. Io, mia moglie ed i ns figli siamo stati benissimo. Una delle cose che più abbiamo apprezzato è stata la doccia esterna. Per ultima la cosa più magica..la splendida vista dal giardino: vista mare su Favignana e Levanzo.

Beste Wohnung, die wir bisher hatten. Die Terrasse ist einfach eine Sensation und man will eigentlich gar nicht das Haus verlassen, weil die Aussicht auf den Hafen und die Berge einfach toll ist. Terrasse von anderen Nachbarn nicht einsehbar. Es gibt sogar mehrere Beleuchtungsoptionen für die Nacht - an alles ist gedacht. Einzig die Anfahrt durch die Altstadt ist je nach Autogröße nervenaufreibend, aber machbar. Es gibt aber auch kostenpflichtige Parkplätze (unter anderem über Easypark buchbar) direkt 2 Minuten ums Eck. Achtung im Sommer bzw. zu bestimmten Jahreszeiten: Es gibt im Ort verkehrsbeschränkte Zonen (ZTL), in die man mit dem Mietauto nicht reinfahren/durchfahren darf. Kameras erfassen alles und die Strafen können im Nachhinein richtig teuer werden. Einfach vorher informieren oder nachfragen.

Alessandro’s place was comfortable for us. The location is excellent but be aware that his street is under construction so you cannot drive up to the building, if you arrive by car. Hopefully this will finish up soon. It was very quiet at night.

A delightful, warm , helpful and friendly host. The property was a good size, tidy and well decorated. The location was perfect as you could walk to the beach , restaurant and amenities in no time . Thank you so much for a wonderful stay.

The apartment is on top floor of three unit building. It has a million dollar view of the bay and Trapani in the near distance, a ten minute stroll away. A full grocer and bakery are a block away. The apartment is full stocked and furnished. Marco is quick to respond and an attentive host. Frankly, I wish the place was for sale as I’d be very interested in making an offer for it.

Merci à Giuseppe qui nous a hébergé pendant 2 jours. Son accueil et sa générosité, nous a fait nous sentir à l’aise :) Une bouteille de bienvenue, un frigo rempli ainsi que les fruits de son jardin vous permettent de profiter de votre arrivée tranquillement. Il met beaucoup de chose à disposition, vous n’avez presque rien à penser ! Très belle attention pour les viennoiseries qui vous apporte pour le petit déjeuner , c’est royal! Petite maison de pêcheur très bien entretenue et atypique avec une vue merveilleuse , la meilleur du village ! Je recommande vivement cette parenthèse hors de tous stress .

Alcamo Marina ist ein Strandort, weshalb man direkt am Strand wohnt, was toll ist, aber um wirklich gut einkaufen zu gehen braucht man auf jeden Fall ein Auto. Ein nettes Café ist einige Häuser weiter. Die Lage ist gut, um mit dem Auto viele tolle Orte und Sehenswürdigkeiten erreichen zu können (besonders empfehlenswert ist das Naturschutzgebiet mit Wanderweg und Badebuchten) Die Straße vor dem Haus ist manchmal laut, wenn einzelne Autos/Motorräder entlang rasen. Dies ist aber kein Dauerzustand, also nur ab und an. Die Wohnung ist groß, sauber und hat eine tolle Terrasse. Die Betten sind gut. Die Ausstattung ist gut, in der Küche fehlen allerdings große Schneidemesser zum Kochen. Die Kommunikation mit Stefano war sehr freundlich und er hat immer sofort geantwortet. Das check-out war total unkompliziert (Schlüssel in Wohnung lassen). Beim Ankommen lag eine sizilianische Süßigkeit als Begrüßung da. Sehr nett! Wir würden die Wohnung auf jeden Fall wieder mieten.

Roberto est un hôte très accueillant, il est très réactif et nous a donné de très bonnes recommandations dans le coin. Il nous a même apporté le petit déjeuner par deux fois. La maison a une vue imprenable sur la mer avec un accès privatif sans espace de sable pour se poser mais avec une petite terrasse bétonnée. Nous avons également bien profité de la terrasse extérieure qui est à l abri du vent et où nous avons passé de très agréables soirées. Nous avons passé une bonne semaine en Sicile et la localisation très proche de l aéroport (15 min) était un plus. Les villes de Trapani, Palerme, Mondello, Segeste sont facilement accessibles à moins d 1h et Cefalu à 1h20.

Wij hebben de verjaardag van mijn man en de feestdagen in de comfortabele villa van Fulvio doorgebracht en er een heerlijke periode genoten. Het huis was heel schoon en ruim en de benoemde voorzieningen waren aanwezig. Er is een restaurant (Graffiti) op loopafstand van het huis, maar voor de overige voorzieningen, zoals een supermarkt en dergelijke, zou ik toch een huurauto adviseren. Een aanrader is Mondello beach, zelfs in de winterperiode is het er goed vertoeven. Palermo stad ligt op zo'n 20 autominuten vanaf de villa en het vliegveld op ongeveer 25 minuten met de auto. Er zijn diverse (historische) bezienswaardigheden in de omgeving, dus je hoeft je er niet te vervelen. Fulvio zelf is erg behulpzaam en reageerde heel vlot wanneer we een vraag hadden. Wij zouden deze plek en host absoluut aanraden.

Nous avons adoré la maison de Laura et son environnement. Laura est très gentille, serviable et accueillante. Merci pour le vin et les boissons offerts. Maëlie, notre petite fille nous a dit que c'était un séjour de rêve. Surtout à faire depuis la maison le chemin côtier de la réserve naturelle du mont Codano et les grottes. Nous recommandons fortement la maison de Laura

L’ospitalità di Vita, la vicinanza dalla spiaggia e dal centro hanno reso la nostra vacanza super! Must: posto auto e doccia esterna 🤩

Wonderful place right on the water. Gives an amazing view up and down the coast. The outdoor kitchen with rolling doors was such a great idea. My wife and I found it a perfect spot for a glass of wine and some cheese on the cooler spring nights we were there. Special shoutout for having the electric heater available that we used outdoors. Paulo was always responsive. Great place with easy travel to Palermo and Cefalù and your own parking spot. So much fun!

we had great time at Giovanni's. his son and him were extremely friendly and we were well hosted. the house is a bit old but functional and if you need something, they will answer immediately at your request! the house was extremely cleaned and the position in frontoof the beautiful beach is amazing!

From the moment you drive into the parking area you feel very lucky. The outdoor space is well designed with multi areas to sit and relax. The outdoor kitchen is easy to work in and lets you enjoy the area. There are three lemon trees which you can enjoy a fresh lemon whenever you want. The inside is ever comfortable and the beds are comfortable and linens are crisp and white. You are in walking distance to stores with fresh fruit and a grocery store that lacks nothing. I highly recommend this location for a week or more holiday.

Une des meilleures si ce n’est LA meilleure location que j’ai faite sur AIR BNB. Leti a vraiment été super accueillante et très utiles dans ses conseils et ses propositions de services annexes (transport aéroport, bagages, etc.) L’appartement est idéalement situé en front de mer dans le Mondello historique dans un coin très calme. Il est vraiment spacieux et fonctionnel et très bien orienté (le soleil le matin sur le balcon, c’est le rêve) avec une vue sur la baie 😍. Si je reviens à Mondello, c’est sur je rappelle Leti !

Place of Michelle and Doriana was cozy and in a great location with calm neighbourhood and beautiful view with the terrace. Everything looks as described and the recommendations were really helpful. Not sure really what negative we can see about it.

Alessandro hämtade oss på flygplatsen och körde oss hela vägen fram till dörren. Under hela den drygt veckolånga vistelsen var han hjälpsam och svarade på frågor. Boendet var väldigt fint med en otrolig utsikt över bukten, både från uteplatsen och balkongen. Kan verkligen rekommenderas!

Very happy with Marias AirBnb! We found it very functional, very clean, everything is new and it is well suited for a family with two children (and there would also be space for a baby). There is also a terrace and a balcony behind the bedroom. The flat is well located for excursions. Restaurants, beaches and supermarkets are less than 10 minutes away. The apartment was exactly as described, no bad surprises await you here, on the contrary! The communication with Maria was very good, she always answered us immediately and was very helpful and very friendly. Check-in and check-out went smoothly. All in all top and we can absolutely recommend Maria's AirBnb. Thank you very much :-)

We had a wonderful stay at Enricos apartment. There was plenty of space for the 4 of us to (a family with 2 boys 10 & 13) be very comfortable. The location is absolutely perfect with just a short walk to beautiful and affordable bars and restaurants. Panificio Bakery below the apartment was the real Cherry on top when it came to having beautiful fresh pastries for breakfast on the spacious balcony. For those interested in the Culture & History of the Island Enrico provided perfect information of how to get there etc and was always very responsive if we needed a little help via text message. Mondello is an excellent base for a holiday to Sicily with good transport links everywhere. Finding free local parking close to the apartment for our hire car was easy. We give Enrico & his apartment 10/10 for everything and would definitely use it again. Thank you, Enrico, for everything.

Bon séjour, le logement et la résidence sont très bien. L'emplacement est idéal pour des excursions dans la zone.

Angela war eine sehr freundliche Gastgeberin! Sie hat uns sehr herzlich willkommen geheißen. Die Kommunikation mit Angela war sehr angenehm und einfach. Sie empfiehl uns für den Abend direkt unten am Strand die Pizzeria aufzusuchen, diese war wirklich top und sicherlich die beste Pizza des gesamten Urlaubs! Die Wohnung und die Terrasse gefiel uns sogar besser wie dies von den Fotos ersichtlich war. Es war sehr sauber, die Küche war mit allem notwendigen ausgestattet. Ebenso das Bad, welches auch über eine Waschmaschine verfügte. Rundum war es eine super Wohnung mit einer tollen und ruhigen Lage, wenige Meter vom Zentrum Balestrate entfernt. Ebenfalls war es toll, dass die Wohnung weniger Meter vom Strand entfernt war, sodass man mit einem Bier oder Wein auch mal einen schönen Sonnenuntergang am Strand genießen konnten. Sollten wir uns nochmal für ein paar Tage in Balestrate entscheiden, würden wir nicht zögern und sofort gerne wieder bei Angela in der Wohnung unterkommen!

Wir haben eine Woche in dem tollen Apartment verbracht. Unser Flug hatte Verspätung aber dies war kein Problem. Die Lage ist hervorragend. Der Strand, Einkaufsstraße und Restaurants -alles zu Fuß erreichbar. Der Hinterhof mit Orangen und Zitronenbäumen ist ein Traum, wir haben jeden Morgen frischen Orangensaft genossen. Wenn wir etwas „bemängeln“ würden dann, dass es etwas wenig Ablagemögkichkeiten gibt und die Matratzen im Schlafzimmer (für uns) etwas zu hart war. Alles in allem sind wir aber sehr zufrieden und planen schon unseren nächsten Aufenthalt dort.
