Vacation rentals with a patio in Balearic Islands

We enjoyed our stay in the apartment immensely! Very lovingly furnished, plenty of space, cozy and sufficiently equipped. The sea can be reached very quickly and you can start great hikes from the apartment. Virginie is a great host - we will definitely be back!

The place was so well equipped and so close to the beach. Lots of space for 5/6 people both on the roof terrace and inside. Gorgeous beach close by and pool was not very busy at all. Would highly recommend. Fiona was very helpful throughout our stay.

Joan's place perfectly matched what we were looking for to enjoy the island of Mallorca. The accommodation itself is very spacious, in perfect condition, with all amenities (2 bathrooms, a washing machine ...). We particularly enjoyed the bedding, very comfortable! In addition, its location is ideal to be able to reach the different tourist areas of the island (less than1 hour from the four corners of the island), while being in a peaceful village. The house is very nice, with a very large terrace with a barbecue. The house is very close to shops and a bar area and squares with things for children, all very close. Also, the beach is super close, a maximum of two minutes' walk. Paula was very friendly and helpful from start to finish

Fabulous apartment in a great location for the beautiful Port de Pollenca. David was always prompt to respond to any queries from our initial enquiry through to check out. The large terrace is a real bonus and lovely outdoor furniture and a huge sun shade made it perfect for relaxing. Restaurants are within a two minute walk. Parking was on the road but very quiet and easy to be close to the complex gate. We were there mainly for a cycling holiday - loads of great hire shops around and all within 10 minute walking distance.

Location, Location, Location was PERFECT for this Airbnb! Gorgeous view all day & all night…. Nice ocean breeze, convenient parking, spacious and comfortable plus walking distance to many restaurants. The host, Gabriel greeted us upon check in, assisted us with our luggage and was very personable. We rented a sailboat with a captain for the day from Maksy Boats. Highly recommend! It was our first time to Mallorca and everything was perfect!

Claudio was an amazing host, he was very fast at responding. Prior to our arrival he sent us recommendations for restaurants and places to visit on the beautiful island. The apartment is in a prime location only walking distance to the beach and the city centre. The apartment itself was very clean, with beautiful touches, a fully stocked kitchen for cooking and a beautiful private garden with a lemon tree. Overall, we had a wonderful stay in Mallorca and I would highly recommend Claudio’s Airbnb.

Miguel’s place is stunning in a remote and quiet setting but within easily drivable distance to Palma. The place was exactly as described with all the amenities you should require during your stay and very clean and tidy. Miquel was friendly and gave plenty of information before, during and at the end of our stay. I would 100% recommend this place for your stay in Mallorca and Palma.

Nice stay, the house complied with everything I said, great for barbecues and enjoying the pool and with all kinds of equipment for cooking and sleeping.

We loved the house for its originality and character. You can tell it's a lived-in house, and that means some things are worn. The owners are charming, they were very kind welcoming us and explaining everything, we would definitely stay here again.

Present, attentive and warm, she did everything she could to make our stay go smoothly. His availability and kindness really made a difference. Stay in early October. One of the best homes we booked on Airbnb in a quiet and pleasant area this season. Perfect apartment, we were fine. Nice pool for those who want to swim laps, only a few people. Easy street parking. Restaurants and supermarkets are a 5-minute walk. Beach within 10 minutes. Comfortable beds. We stayed at Pedro's place with our two children for a week and had a wonderful time. The apartment has everything we needed and was close to the beach and shops and various eateries. A little walk from the port with little legs so a pushchair was essential for our 2 year old. Pedro was a wonderful host - friendly, responsive and keen to ensure we had a fantastic stay. Would definitely recommend!

Everything went really well. Nacho and Leticia were very attentive to make sure everything was fine, from before our arrival to check-out. Friendly at all times and willing to help if we needed anything. The house was perfect, everything was clean, tidy, and it is located in a fantastic place to be able to see the sunset and be at peace. A 10/10!

The accommodation is located in a residential area but it is very quiet, 3 minutes from Arenal beach and 3 minutes from the mountain where you can make hiking trails while enjoying the views towards the sea and nature... there are wild goats in the area always, it is a spectacle. Also, there are several supermarkets nearby and numerous restaurants. I highly recommend it if you want to disconnect and relax.

Maxim was very communicative leading up to my stay and kept me updated on check in as I arrive long before the usual check in time. He made sure I could get in early and his son Akim checked me in and showed me around the apartment which was great! Both were very friendly, helpful and great hosts. Would definitely recommend!

Had such a wonderful time here on our honeymoon. Judith was extremely accommodating and made up a great cot for our new born, including some teddies 🥰 loved all the cute touches and also really nice that there was a first aid box there, as well as a washing machine and well equipped kitchen! The location is perfect, a few minutes walk down to the beach, the supermarket and restaurants, and a lovely pool to jump in first thing in the morning . Would definitely stay again! X

We had a great stay at John's place in Son Bou! The apartment is modern, bright, and has a stunning ocean view. The kitchen is fully equipped (microwave, stove, oven, BBQ, airfryer), and the bedrooms have AC/heating, which was perfect in the cooler nights. We also appreciated the baby items (bed, high chair, beach umbrella). Communication with John was excellent — very friendly and responsive — and he even allowed a late check-out, which we really appreciated. Parking was easy (off-season) and the communal pool was a nice bonus. The location is great too, close to the beach, hiking trails, and historical sites. The only small downside we noticed towards the end of our stay is that the walls are a bit thin and you can hear your neighbours, but that is probably quite common in buildings like this. Overall, a fantastic stay — highly recommended!
