Vacation rentals with a patio in Balearic Islands

Wir haben unser Aufenthalt in dem Apartment enorm genossen! Sehr liebevoll eingerichtet, viel Platz, gemütlich und ausreichend ausgestattet. Das Meer ist sehr schnell zu erreichen und man kann zu tollen Wanderungen von der Wohnung losstarten. Virginie ist eine tolle Gastgeberin - wir kehren definitiv zurück!

The place was so well equipped and so close to the beach. Lots of space for 5/6 people both on the roof terrace and inside. Gorgeous beach close by and pool was not very busy at all. Would highly recommend. Fiona was very helpful throughout our stay.

El piso es muy cómodo, ideal para dos parejas, cada habitación con su baño en suite lo que permite mucha intimidad y con amplio lugar para compartir. Bien ubicado y súper limpio. Equitación suficiente. Por ponerle algún pero hubiera agradecido algún básico más. Pasamos unos días maravillosos en el puerto.

Host was exceptional and the person who greeted us provided very helpful information to orient us to the apartment and area. The balcony is amazing. Be aware of the 65 steps to the apartment

Formentera è stata una bella scoperta. Voremmo tornarci, magari non in agosto. La casa di Veronica è splendida, arredata con gusto mediterraneo, accogliente , veramente speciale . La terrazza è il top della casa, si possono passare delle ore deliziose . Per gli amanti della “movida” non c’è posto migliore. Musica fino alle ore piccole. Comunque la caratteristica principale della casa è il buon gusto e la comodità e , particolare non trascurabile, con aria condizionata. Veronica è stata veramente gentile, impareggiabile come padrona di casa , dandoci consigli utilissimi di come approfittare appieno dell’isola. Appena sarà possibile, torneremo !

Fabulous apartment in a great location for the beautiful Port de Pollenca. David was always prompt to respond to any queries from our initial enquiry through to check out. The large terrace is a real bonus and lovely outdoor furniture and a huge sun shade made it perfect for relaxing. Restaurants are within a two minute walk. Parking was on the road but very quiet and easy to be close to the complex gate. We were there mainly for a cycling holiday - loads of great hire shops around and all within 10 minute walking distance.

Wunderschönes und liebevoll eingerichtetes Appartment. Super ausgestattet. Die Lage ist toll um die Umgebung zu erkunden oder einfach mit den Kindern an den Strand zu gehen. Alles lief problemlos, wir würden sofort wieder kommen!

Location, Location, Location was PERFECT for this Airbnb! Gorgeous view all day & all night…. Nice ocean breeze, convenient parking, spacious and comfortable plus walking distance to many restaurants. The host, Gabriel greeted us upon check in, assisted us with our luggage and was very personable. We rented a sailboat with a captain for the day from Maksy Boats. Highly recommend! It was our first time to Mallorca and everything was perfect!

Claudio was very accomodating and helpful. I was concerned about the noise described in the reviews, but this was no problem for us. Due to the shape of the balcony above, privacy within the garden space is nice, even when people are living upstairs. We had a great time. Thank you

Miguel’s place is stunning in a remote and quiet setting but within easily drivable distance to Palma. The place was exactly as described with all the amenities you should require during your stay and very clean and tidy. Miquel was friendly and gave plenty of information before, during and at the end of our stay. I would 100% recommend this place for your stay in Mallorca and Palma.

Estancia agradable, la casa cumplía con todo lo que decía, genial para hacer barbacoas y disfrutar de la piscina y con todo tipo de equipamiento para cocinar y dormir.

La casa nos encantó por su originalidad y caracter, se nota que es una casa vivida y eso implica que algunas cosas tienen desgaste. Los dueños son encantadores, fueron muy amables dándonos la bienvenida y explicandonos todo, repetiriamos sin duda.

Schön gelegenes Haus mit direktem Blick zum Meer. Gute Ausstattung in Teilen leider etwas in die Jahre gekommen.

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Woche in diesem wunderbaren Haus. Es ist sehr großzügig und es hat einen sehr gemütlichen Stil, so dass man sich direkt zuhause fühlt. Es ist an alles gedacht, die Küche ist bestens ausgestattet. Die Kirsche aus der Torte ist die wunderbare Dachterrasse, von der man einen traumhaften Ausblick hat. Die Kommunikation mit der Gastgeberin war toll, schnell und immer effektiv. Wir können die Unterkunft empfehlen und freuen uns jetzt schon auf unseren nächsten Aufenthalt!

Séjour début octobre. Un des meilleurs logements que nous avons réservés sur Airbnb dans un quartier calme et agréable à cette saison. Appartement parfait, nous étions bien. Jolie piscine pour ceux qui souhaitent faire des longueurs, quelques personnes seulement. Parking facile dans la rue. Restaurants et supermarchés à 5 minutes à pied. Plage à moins de 10 minutes. Lits confortables. Super séjour, merci Patricia.

Appartement impeccable: propre, spacieux et avec tout les équipements nécessaires. Parfait pour une famille de 4. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié la terrasse ombragée, nous y avons mangé tous les jours! Emplacement parfait : À moins de 10min à pied de la très belle plage d’Alcudia, à proximité de restaurant, Lidl a 2min à pied et possibilité de se garer gratuitement dans la rue (en 5 nuits nous nous sommes toujours garés devant la porte!). Nous avons également apprécié la disponibilité et la gentillesse de Pedro qui a toujours été à l’écoute et très arrangeant. On ne peut que recommander ce logement !!!

Todo fue súper bien. Nacho y Leticia estuvieron muy pendientes de que todo estuviera bien, desde antes de nuestra llegada, hasta el check-out. Amables en todo momento y dispuestos a ayudar en caso de que nos faltara o necesitáramos algo. La casa estaba perfecta, todo limpio, ordenado, y está situada en un sitio fantástico para poder ver el atardecer y estar tranquilos. Un 10/10!

El alojamiento esta ubicado en una zona residencial pero es muy tranquila, a 3 minutos de la playa de Arenal y a 3 min de la montaña dónde podéis hacer rutas de senderismo a la vez que disfrutáis de las vistas hacia el mar y de la naturaleza… hay cabras silvestres en la zona siempre, es un espectáculo. Además, hay varios supermercados cercanos y numerosos restaurantes. Realmente lo recomiendo si queréis desconectar y relajaros.

非常便捷，门口就有可以进城的bus，房间距离海滩有十五分钟的步行距离。一切都很好，如果我回到Menorca会毫不犹豫的回到这里。不过下次我会提前租车，这样会更方便。

Maxim was very communicative leading up to my stay and kept me updated on check in as I arrive long before the usual check in time. He made sure I could get in early and his son Akim checked me in and showed me around the apartment which was great! Both were very friendly, helpful and great hosts. Would definitely recommend!

Had such a wonderful time here on our honeymoon. Judith was extremely accommodating and made up a great cot for our new born, including some teddies 🥰 loved all the cute touches and also really nice that there was a first aid box there, as well as a washing machine and well equipped kitchen! The location is perfect, a few minutes walk down to the beach, the supermarket and restaurants, and a lovely pool to jump in first thing in the morning . Would definitely stay again! X

We had a great stay at John's place in Son Bou! The apartment is modern, bright, and has a stunning ocean view. The kitchen is fully equipped (microwave, stove, oven, BBQ, airfryer), and the bedrooms have AC/heating, which was perfect in the cooler nights. We also appreciated the baby items (bed, high chair, beach umbrella). Communication with John was excellent — very friendly and responsive — and he even allowed a late check-out, which we really appreciated. Parking was easy (off-season) and the communal pool was a nice bonus. The location is great too, close to the beach, hiking trails, and historical sites. The only small downside we noticed towards the end of our stay is that the walls are a bit thin and you can hear your neighbours, but that is probably quite common in buildings like this. Overall, a fantastic stay — highly recommended!
