Monthly Rentals in Baldwinsville

Jacki's place far exceeded our expectations. The pictures do not do the place justice. It is a lot more spacious than it looks in the pictures and the place was very clean. The neighborhood was very quiet and the house was so easy to find. Great parking in the driveway and the laundry machines were new and easily accessible. We enjoyed our stay and being that it is an easy 18 min drive to Syracuse Stage, we will stay here again next time we come to see a show at Syracuse Stage or Landmark theatre.

I helped my parents secure this Teresa's flat in January when we had a sudden need for a long term stay in Baldwinsville. If you are anything like me, you rely heavily on the reviews. Everything positive I read about this flat turned out to be true - it is truly a fantastic place to stay! Everything from the location, parking, spaciousness, quietness, thoughtful touches, and the comfort of the furnishings were all an A+. I am admittedly very picky about furniture, most Airbnb places don't have the best couches or beds - OMG. The bed and the couch are extremely comfortable and high quality, not the cheap stuff! The location is absolutely perfect - lots of walkability. The unit is very quiet at night, you can sleep like a baby (blackout shades too!). Each space can be separated by doors so if someone is sleeping you can be in the living area watching TV with great ease. Teresa was WONDERFUL to work with, I am so grateful my parents were able to stay here! Will come again!

Absolutely loved my time in Syracuse mostly due to Bob’s place! The place feels so cozy and Bob went out of his way to make sure I was settled in, he even helped me get to work a few times when the weather was too bad to walk. 10/10

My husband and I loved this place. Very comfortable and gorgeous views. The kitchen had everything we could need and the bed was comfortable. We will definitely come back again.
