Newly remodeled apartment with large garden access to rent in a beautiful green area on the hill where it is peaceful, calm and relaxing to live though it is only 15 minutes’ walk to the city center. Located along the bike path to Balatonfured, Alsoors and Veszprem. (North shore of Balaton). We have panorama as we are ON THE HILL. Note: Local city tax is NOT included in the paid price, it is due at the time of arrival. Guests over 18 years pay HUF710 per night (2025 city tourist law, rule).

On the northern shore of Lake Balaton, in the picturesque Lovas, our guests can relax in a village environment in a Provence-style, 19th century stone house, its garden and pool. The ruins of a 200-year-old barn accommodate the garden dining and lounge area. In the tastefully furnished, comfortable house with a cathedral-like living-kitchen, the guests will feel at home and at ease. Paloznak, Csopak, Balatonfüred are a few minutes' drive away. Alsóörs can be reached with a comfortable walk.

Ez maga a Hungarian Toscany szőlőültetvények között csodálatos panorámával, kabócák énekével. Igény esetén helyi bor & kétkilátó körtúra ajándék kapható. Kettő kerékpár ingyen használható. A parttól 8-10 percre és a boltoktól 5 percre található gyalog. A birtokon 2 cicus él, így kisállat nem hozható.

This is the upper floor of a recently renovated and newly furnished detached house, with its own entrance. There is a bathroom, an American-style kitchen with an electric stove, refrigerator, coffee maker, and other basic equipment. There is a double bed and a sofa bed. The balcony offers a view of the garden. We welcome our guests to this green, quiet, relaxing place where you can enjoy your vacation, the clean air, and the famous wines of the Balaton region.

A House of Kenese-Völgye egy igazi ékszerdoboz, amely csodálatos erdei környezetben helyezkedik el. A ház alkalmas családi nyaralások, baráti összejövetelek, kisebb létszámú céges rendezvények, workshopok, születésnapok lebonyolítására. Recommended for a maximum of 4 people. There is the possibility of baby cot, highchair, pram.
