We live in a small pretty village with historical roots going back to Robert the Bruce.We are very central and 20 minutes from motorway taking you to Edinburgh (45mins).Perth (30mins) St Andrews(40mins).A great local hotel within 150 mts.Keen walkers can walk up the local Lomond hills and get wonderful views over Loch Leven.The gliding centre is 500 mts.Lots to do.

The Haven Hut, warm, cosy and cute.

The Haven is a warm, cosy, quirky, very small hut set in a beautiful garden. It is perfect for a single traveller but does sleep two people and includes a welcome basket. If you are looking for a simple, outdoorsy place to stay where you can self-cater in the outdoor kitchen, bbq or walk into the village for a pub meal, the Haven is for you! It is easily accessible for those with or without their own transport, with regular bus services to Edinburgh, Perth and Dundee. A perfect getaway!

The house is situated in Kinross in a quiet residential area and which is a short walk from the beautiful Loch Leven. It is a short walk to all the facilities including restaurants and pubs. Kinross is ideally situated to visit Glasgow, Edinburgh or the North. Edinburgh is only 30 minutes drive or leave the car and take the bus which you can get 5 minutes walk from the house. The area itself is great for walking and just getting out in the fresh air.

Our Bothies include en-suite, kitchen area with open plan living and double bed. A fully glazed frontal area so you can enjoy the views and sunrise over the open countryside. After a day of exploring sit back and relax in your own private Hottub and star gaze under the night sky.
