It has 2 balconies - one looks directly to the walls of Old Town, sometimes which weather is clear you are able to see the sea as well- also it looks to F1 race road - Istiglaliyyat street. As apartment is in historical building, there is no elevator, it is in 4rd floor, you need to climb the stairs by yourself.
