Serviced apartment vacation rentals in Baku

Our previous Airbnb was suddenly cancelled, before we could check in. We were glad, that Shirin provided us her Airbnb the same day. The check-in was easy. Thank you Shirin

The place is hard to locate. Host stays in Australia due to which it's hard to communicate. Though the house was clean it had some kind of picklesh smell. The bidet was broken & the plates had oil stains. Even the bedsheets had some stains. We still co-operated as we wanted to be polite. But what happened after that ruined our whole experience. There was no one to pick up the garbage & the host had told to either throw them or keep in the house and it will be cleaned later. But her mom made us carry the garbage with us. She checked the entire house before our exit & made us place the things exactly where they were before. During this trip we used our own towels & never used the towels that were in the cupboard but host charged us 8k claiming that there were lipstick stains on the towels. The pics that she sent as proof did even have lipstick stains. When we denied her claims & sent the proof she took back the complaint. Our experience with the host and her mom was really bad.

Great place and the place was in the center and you don’t need to use any transportation You can walk and find everything close to you

I really liked the flat. The flat is very spacious, cosy and fully corresponds to the description and photos. Good host, responded on time and always in touch.

Гостинница находится в 5 минутах ходьбы от метро, есть остановки автобусов, автобус аэропорта останавливается прямо у входа. До моря 15 минут, до супермаркета 5 минут. Рядом полно магазинчиков, кафе и ресторанов. Мы жили на 11 этаже. Номер большой и чистый, каждый день убирался, сотрудники вежливые, всегда пытались помочь. На сайте было написано, что завтрак включён, а на самом деле - нет. Если вам это критично- выясняйте заранее, что нет ошибки. Но , мне кажется, завтрак и не нужен. Мы каждый день сидели в новом кафе на бульваре и пили вкуснейший кофе. Однозначно советуем вам это место.

A scented and spacious apartment. The area is quiet, 10 minutes walk to Heydar Aliyev Park, Füzuli Park, 28 Mall.. It is a building with security on the ground parking floor, it has 2 Lifts. There is a small grocery store, on the ground floor, in front of the building., and the Rahat supermarket, 100 meters away., also, across the avenue to your left is the Bolmart Bazaar supermarket, 5 minutes walk. A scented and spacious apartment with two bedrooms, one with a balcony. a bathroom with a shower and a washbasin, and another with its toilet and a washbasin. large living room with TV and fast Internet service. kitchen is also very spacious, gas stove with an electric burner., a large, tall refrigerator, a built-in washing machine as well, heating and hot water. Elxan was excellent. always available! He helped us with our immigration registration and getting to the airport. Recommended.

Otaq temizliyi çox yaxşı idi. Sea breeze içerisinde konumu restoranlara yaxın idi. Ve ev sahibi Murad bey butun melumatları verdi ve davamlı ünsiyette qaldı. Herseye gore teşekkur edirik 🙏🏻🙏🏻

Ramil son derece yardımsever bir ev sahibi. Bakü’de ihtiyaçlarımızı gidermekte ve sorunları çözmemizde çok yardımcı oldu. Bir sonraki Baku ziyaretimizde mutlaka tekrardan kalmak isteyeceğimiz yer yine burasıdır. Ev fotoğraflarda da gösterildiği gibi çok temiz ve düzenli hersey anlatıldığı gibidir. Хорошая и чистая квартира, много места. Есть всё необходимое. Метро практически через дорогу, рядом много кафе и магазинов. Хозяин очень доброжелательный.

Herşey fotoğraflarda görüldüğü gibiydi. Daire merkezi yerde. Metro ve taksi ilə kısa sürede istediğiniz yere gidebilirsiniz. Bir kaç tane kafama takılan soru vardı. Onlar için mesaj veya aramalara anında cevap verdi. Çok teşekkür ederim. Annada ikinci konaklamanız da sorunsuz geçti.

Very nice and charming studio, located right in front of the park and a short walk from all the cafes/restaurants you would want. Communication with Leyla very pleasant and timely. Highly recommended.

Fiyat / Performans olarak gayet başarılıydı. Evin konumu da çok iyi. Ev sahibimiz fazlasıyla ilgili ve yardımseverdi.

Host helped us in late check in. Patiently waited for us to get check in. Very nice place and good view from balcony. Close to airport and 15min drive to city. Got all the amenities, good size for family stay. Recommended👍
