A very nice house with a stunning view of the Rur and nature. We felt very comfortable. Arrive and feel right at home and unwind and relax right away. Pure tranquility, a dream for us and super comfortable beds. We'd come back in a heartbeat.

We arrived a little earlier than expected in the region. Jean-François went out of his way to let us check in earlier. The cottage is perfect for a stay with children, there is a playground and our children enjoyed playing outside. Cottage in tip top, very clean, beds nicely made, towels are provided. We have greatly enjoyed it and will definitely be back!

A wonderful place from where you can explore southern Limburg. Every day a concert of birds in the garden, a cozy pallet stove, clean bathroom and nice beds. Friendly host, welcoming and everything well taken care of. We enjoyed it!

The stay went very well in this beautiful home. The place is relaxing and peaceful. The spaces allow you to live quietly in a group. The amenities are great. Everything's great.

Lovely house, lots of space and a very fully equipped kitchen. Johann was friendly and helpful. He put the trampoline together for our son. Beautiful terrace to sit in the sun and the BBQ. Recommend!

Very nice cottage a few kilometers from the plateau des Hautes Fagnes, with garden and private path. Two large tables for dining in the garden, comfortable interior, with beautiful views to the valley. Only small downside: linens and bath towels are not included and it is not mentioned on the listing page. We'd love to come back!

We had a wonderful week. The garden was very nice for the children, it was also beautiful weather, but also plenty of space in the house to play. Vincent communicated warmly and we were able to check in early despite setbacks. That was very nice. The area was good for walks (we always drove a bit to find a nice place) and bike rides. Tongeren is highly recommended (especially the archaeological museum) and we also had a nice day in Liège. In short, recommended for a family with children.

The property is wonderfully central yet quiet. We were able to walk to everything. Inside the apartment, the conservatory is a big plus. But otherwise everything is clean and very nicely furnished. The creaking floors are the only point that bothered us a little. Otherwise, we can absolutely recommend the apartment.

It was a very great place with modern amenities and good kitchen. There were just no ventilation options for the bedroom. Otherwise, really super great.

This was an excellent place to stay — incredibly spacious with breathtaking views that we enjoyed every day. We stayed here for three months and felt completely at home throughout our time. Francois and Charlotte were exceptionally helpful and quick to respond to any questions or requests, making our stay even more comfortable and stress-free. Highly recommended for both short and extended stays.

We had a nice two nights here. Host was very communicative in terms of check in, and he left us a bottle of champagne which was very nice. There was lots of coffee, tea, etc available. Overall place was clean and beds comfortable.

We enjoyed our 5 day vacation in this lovely town. Everything was very good. Clean cozy apartment with all facilities. This was a lovely apartment. It was clean and had a well equipped kitchen. A nice terrace for the evening. It is in a nice area of town, close to St Lambert station. Paul was caring and attentive. It was quiet at night. We would stay again.

Everything went super and great. Very friendly landlords and very good communication. The place was easy to find and is easily accessible. Good shopping nearby. The apartment met our expectations, very clean and well maintained and the beautiful view of the garden and being awakened by the sun in the morning, simply wonderful. If we go back to the Netherlands, we will rent Klaus-Dieter's place again. Thanks a lot!

WOW! What can we say, A+++ Yves! Firstly, thank you for the hosting! Our flight to Brussels was cancelled. When I informed Yves he was very understanding and I felt confident that no matter the situation, we would be supported and cared for. When we arrived at the property one day late, it was clean, spacious, and very comfortable, with stunning wide windows offering an interesting view at the front. Location was very desirable - amenities are a moment's walk, there is a supermarket a few steps away, and as for food options? No shortage in beautiful Hasselt. We particularly enjoyed the Canal Area which is full of affordable restaurants. Come here and soak up the atmosphere of a beautiful Belgian city. Though we were visiting a friend and the Efteling Theme Park, there's plenty to do and see just in Hasselt! Yves' place is actually larger than it looks in the pictures too. Thanks Yves, we hope to visit your place again soon!

The location is excellent as well as the apartment. Very thoughtful and fast host. Highly recommended!
