The chalet is located at the edge of the forest in the medieval town of Hainburg an der Donau with a view of the Donauauen National Park. The "Donauland Carnuntum" area offers delightful hiking and biking trails, culture and culinary delicacies. Excursions to Bratislava, the Roman city of Carnuntum or the nearby Marchfeld castles by bike or boat are particularly recommended in the summer months. Or you just enjoy the tranquility of nature with romantic sunsets and let your mind wander.

Our idyllic little studio apartment is in the heart of historic downtown, where great restaurants, wine bars, cozy terraces await you. The apartment's kitchen is equipped with a coffee maker, a kettle, or you can find the most necessary things for cooking. A air conditioner takes care of a pleasant and constant temperature. The accommodation is on the ground floor, but not accessible, two stairs lead to it. Unlimited WIFI is available from November 26, 2025.

In 2025, I completely renovated another apartment. AVA 3 is 60m2 and is located on the 1st floor of the main house. Spaces: entrance area, bathroom with spacious shower ( 1.20 m x1m), sink, private washing machine, separate toilet, large kitchen-living room, 2 bedrooms each with a double bed. All rooms are equipped with central heating. The apartment is bright and modernly furnished. Relax in this special and quiet space.

Entspann dich in dieser besonderen und sehr ruhigen Unterkunft. Das Apartment befindet sich im hinteren Teil eines Hotels. Es hat einen separaten Eingang und einen eigenen Parkplatz mit E-Ladestationen. Natürlich mit Klimaanlage, kleiner Küche, Dusche und WC. Die Wohnung ist über eine Treppe im 1. Stock erreichbar.
