We had a wonderful week with the best weather for the time. The apartment is very spacious, bright and well equipped. A beautiful large kitchen with large fridge, large shower and very nice terrace with the best views. Everything very modern and new. We personally did not get along so well with the mattresses, but that is individually different. The location was super quiet and therefore very relaxing. The place is very cozy with supermarket and bakery. We highly recommend!

We booked the duplex version so you have two apartments in one. Great to have two balconies, two bathrooms, two bedrooms and two living rooms. Everything you need to live as a 5 people family. Several busses into the city right outside the house. Loads of playgrounds and a public "pool" (artificial lake" not even 10 minutes to walk. Would stay again even though air bnbs in Innsbruck are a bit over the top pricewise.

Matthias is a great host. The apartment was clean and tidy and it has everything you need or require. Nearby there is a bus station that takes you everywhere ;) I liked the apartment and would definitely come back again.

We were completely satisfied with our accommodation. The location at the edge of the village was great, right across the street a good restaurant and hiking trails up to the mountain. In addition, the room was nice and modernly furnished and the in-house wellness area was inviting and cozy.

Christine was a helpful and friendly guest. The apartment was clean and looked just like the pictures. We loved our stay.

This was our second stay at Jen's place and everything was once again outstanding. Jens is a really responsive host, answering to messages very quickly. The apartment is as expected and more. Super clean with everything you need for an easy self catering stay. The apartment is in a fantastic location in Garmisch-Partenkirchen being so close to the train station and within easy walking distance from all local amenities. We'd definitely go back another time and would highly recommend.

A wonderful stay in Garmisch! We’ve had an amazing time in the apartment. The communication was very friendly from the beginning till the end. Gabriele gave us clear instructions how to find the place and how to check-in. The apartment is spacious, clean and well-equipped. The bed was very comfortable with enough blankets. The bathroom was clean with a nice shower. The kitchen is well-equipped as well; everything you need is in there. The apartment is located good in Garmisch. It’s about 25 minutes walking, but the skibus brings you in just a few minutes to the centre. The busstop is right in front of the apartment, so you do not have to walk. The bus, which is free with the GaPa tourism card, drives daily from 08 until 21. For skiing, the apartment is located perfect. By car or bus, it’s just a few minutes to the Kreuzeckbahn. We prefer this, because the Hausbergbahn is quite busy. Overall, we’ve had an amazing stay which is priced very friendly! Big recommendation to anyone!

Our stay at the apartment was great. All as described, very nice hosts and great location in Garmisch!

Everything was awesome. It has a great location and a fantastic view, Stefen was beneficial. We enjoyed. The only thing that we didn't expect was that the barbeque in the photo wasn't usable during winter. We prepared a lot of meat for several meals, but we had to cook them in the kitchen and it was hard. In the end, we enjoyed it we hopefully we'll come to see here in summer.

Very nice apartment 5 minutes from cross-country ski slopes, 2 minutes from the grocery store and in the heart of the village of Seefeld to enjoy restaurants and shops. It's all about walking. We could communicate easily with the host and the accommodation was very clean and well-equipped. Perfect for a stay with friends or family. I recommend it!

The communication with Jürgen was great! When we entered the accommodation, we felt right at home and the layout was great for our group consisting of two families. The location of the apartment and the view were just beautiful. There are also plenty of parking spaces available. The apartment and Jürgen as providers are definitely recommended.

Michael’s directions were perfect. They made finding the apartment very easy, and the whole process simple. The area is quiet and peaceful, and makes for a great place to spend your downtime while on vacation. Michael had great ideas and suggestions of things to do and places nearby, and was always available for any assistance that may be needed. We are just sad that we only had a week to spend there. We would gladly go again. A very short walk to the tram line makes getting around the city very easy. We could have not asked for a better place to spend our time. I highly recommend Michael’s apartment.

We had a fantastic stay. We were fortunate to get the apartment on the top floor. It was nicer and more spacious than the pictures but I guess that depends on which apartment you stay. The apartment was perfect for our group which was 4 adults and a baby. It was modern and very clean and had everything needed for a weekend stay. Comfortable bed and the sofa bed had blackout curtains around it for privacy and darkness. The lift was useful for luggage and our stroller. We also had a very helpful person checking us in. The check in was at the hotel close by but the apartment was an easy walk from there. All in all a great stay and we would definitely return.

We spent New Year's Eve here with our circle of friends. The apartment was spotless and felt like we were the first guests to move into this apartment. Kitchen, bathroom, bedroom as well as the general equipment were very clean and very modern. Freddy, the co-host, was super friendly and always easy to reach. Check-in and everything around went smoothly. We felt very comfortable and would be happy to come back.

Check-in was hassle-free and the apartment was as described. We felt very comfortable. There was also a cot and high chair for our son, which we were very happy about. The wellness area is great and invites you to relax. A real dream! This place exceeded all our expectations. The location is ideal – quiet and relaxing, but at the same time wonderfully central. The stylish and high-quality furnishings leave nothing to be desired, and many details have been thought of. We were particularly impressed by the modern kitchen with first-class appliances and the luxurious wellness area with sauna and hot tub – a place of pure relaxation. From the first moment we felt completely comfortable. Whether for a break in summer or winter – we'd love to come back! Absolutely recommended!

This place is great! The hot tub really made our vacation - it’s totally private. A little hard to get to this airbnb via public transit. The bus comes once an hour and you have to change buses before you go into Innsbruck. Very doable though. Uber was very easy and good option. Gorgeous scenery. Host stays above you in the house, which was no problem. Very attentive in case you have questions. 10/10 would stay here again - the scenery and the tranquility were great! Very good value for what you pay.

This place was absolutely amazing! The views, the private sauna and private hot tub, the comfortable bed, the nice clean bathroom, even the decor. Everything was very well done and nicely put together. You will want to spend more time in this apartment than out of it with all of its amenities. Only negative is that the parking was difficult to find, and the instructions could be more helpful and specific. Hint: there is a restaurant on the left right before the entrance to the parking, which is up a small side street. Look closely for a sign on a tree (or post or building?) that says Inn Above. Also, this is a good place if you have a car, As it is a bit of a hike from downtown-- totally worth it for the amazing views you get. We can't wait to come back- one weekend wasn't long enough!

Even though we were only there one night. We all felt right at home. The apartment was very nicely decorated and all the necessary things were available. The arrangements between Max and I worked out wonderfully, and you have also responded to requests or inquiries. In short: the apartment is top, clean and a great view. We will come back soon if we are around here.

Very pleasant experience, very nice and equipped apartment, very comfortable supermarket below the house, in the immediate vicinity distributor of fresh milk, fresh eggs and other food products, and a pharmacy with very kind staff. Convenient location to visit many characteristic countries located just a short trip away. The hot tub is fabulous, although it's forbidden to bring glass. Free parking downstairs from the house.
