Vacation rentals in Bad Tölz

Das Haus liegt nur 15 Gehminuten zu Fuß vom See. Im Haus ist viel Platz und es ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Vor allem der obere Wohnbereich mit offener Küche und Esstisch ist gemütlich. Zur unteren Wohnung gehört eine Terasse, auf der bis spät nachmittags im Februar die Sonne scheint. Julia war sehr entgegenkommend. Weil es möglich war durften wir früher ein und später auschecken. Nina was a wonderful host - always helpful and responsive and left wonderful welcome goodies for us. The property was perfect, well kept, great location, and just beautiful and comfortable. Just a note for others visiting - a large car will have trouble in the underground parking garage. My husband's car was fine there. We had to bring 2 cars so finding street parking for my big van was difficult, but that is not the hosts fault, of course. Just a note to be aware of if you're visiting. :) Many hikers seem to park on that street, plus the residents and it is always full. Everything was great at the apartment! Thank you!

Our second time staying in one of Andreas’ places. A great stay, within 20 mins walk to town. Hot water takes a while to kick in and we could have done with an additional towel for our toddler but all in all a pleasant stay.

Wir hatten über Ostern einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt in der Wohnung direkt über Melanie und Thomas. Von Anfang an war die Atmosphäre sehr familiär und herzlich – zwischenmenschlich hat es einfach super gepasst. Die Wohnung selbst lässt wirklich keine Wünsche offen: hochwertig eingerichtet, mit viel Liebe zum Detail, und absolut perfekt auch für längere Aufenthalte. Besonders beeindruckt hat uns die große Terrasse mit traumhafter Aussicht auf die umliegende Berglandschaft – ein echtes Highlight! Vielen Dank für die schöne Zeit, wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Very modern apartment with everything you’ll need to make your stay perfect. Great location close to town, host communicated very well and place was spotless. Highly recommended

Wat een mooie woning. De buitenkant is nog niet geheel klaar maar als je dat vooraf weet en dat ook meeweegt blijft er een gevoel van een goede prijs kwaliteit verhouding. Alles binnen was volledig verzorgd. Ook voor de allerkleinste (2jaar) waren er de juiste voorzieningen en zelfs spelletjes waar ze dankbaar gebruik van heeft gemaakt. De parking achter het huis zou iets fijner bereikbaar mogen zijn. Daar kan de host niets aan doen maar als je weg wil rijden is er beperkt zicht als je links af wilde slaan. Wij gingen gewoon naar rechts en via de rotonde op korte afstand waren we dan snel weer (veilig) op de goede weg. De nieuwe (3 dubbele) ramen zorgen ervoor dat er geen hinder van het wegverkeer is. We zijn benieuwd hoe het bovengelegen appartement volgend jaar zal zijn. Hebben daar zeker interesse in.

It's a true gem! We, a family of two parents, a baby and a four-year-old, stayed there for a couple of months during late winter/spring as I was a guest researcher in Innsbruck. We are so happy that we opted for this, rather than a small apartment in Innsbruck. In the beginning we enjoyed the proximity of Seefeld's ski resort and also did a couple of trips to bigger ski resorts in the Innsbruck area. When it got warmer, the whole family loved spending afternoons in the patio with its marvelous view of the valley. Multiple options for hikes nearby. Several food stores a few minutes away by car. Innsbruck can be reached by train along a breathtaking railway along the mountainside. The house is equipped with what you need for a short or longer stay. Spacious bathroom. Several options for dividing rooms with curtains make the space very flexible, so we could also house visitors during our stay. Vero, Chris and their children are super friendly, easy-going and helpful. We hope to come back!
