Villa vacation rentals in Bad Tölz

Alexander’s home was the ideal spot for our group to relax and venture out into the city. The location right next to the U6 was the most convenient of any place we have stayed! Communication with Alexander was wonderful, and the home was clean and stocked with linens on arrival. Only note was the room with the largest bed is off the kitchen in an open concept style which was a bit unexpected. We would be happy to return!

We stayed with 3 families for a total of 5 nights at the place. We were warmly welcomed by the host and felt very comfortable from the first moment. Everything was clean and tidy. (Almost) every bedroom had its own bathroom, so each family had the necessary privacy. We particularly liked the view, the cleanliness and the very well-equipped kitchen. The fully automatic coffee machine conjured up a wonderful aroma in the morning and the fresh rolls from the local baker (delivery service!) taste excellent to us. We also enjoyed the surroundings with the many excursion possibilities (Zell am See, summer toboggan run Kaprun, Blausee, slide path on the Maiskogelbahn, etc.)! We 100% recommend the place.

A complete house in a small neighborhood, very tidy and clean, with 2 toilets and 2 showers, 40 minutes from Innsbruck, and an hour and a half from Salzburg, with easy access. The ground floor has a bedroom with a shower, and the first floor has 3 rooms. There is a small terrace outside. Thank you, everything

everything was great! However, we already paid directly at the time of booking without being able to confirm it and a free cancellation was no longer possible. You could have announced this beforehand. The furniture is a little old and shower gel was also not there. The kitchen is well equipped for this. the surroundings are beautiful and very quiet and we felt very comfortable in the accommodation. The villagers were also very warm.

The place was great overall – everything was clean and as described. Communication with the host was also great. Only note: It would be advisable to document any damage in the apartment directly to avoid misunderstandings. Overall a recommended place to stay!

My son and I stayed in this apartment for 4 days while swinging through Munich. The host was incredibly responsive, and provided us with excellent local restaurant recommendations. This listing was specifically for the top two floors of the large home, and the lower floors are always vacant, so we had the place to ourselves and it was quite private. The kitchen had sufficient pots/pans/cutlery, and the cupboards had sufficient stock (salt/pepper/coffee). This weather was rainy while we stayed, but the outdoor deck looked like a great resource. One small thing to be aware of is that the main floor bedroom is a "walkthrough", in the sense that you have to walk through it to access the apartment bathroom. But for families this works just fine!

Excellent place for family vacation! Good for family with kids. Great Value for money! Very good location! Next to main street! Parking space is good! Host is responsive and cooperative!

We had a stay with 4 adults and 3 children. The house was very large with spacious rooms and plenty of parking. All the amenities were available and it was really clean. The only downside… the same period has already been booked next year.

We were for a girls vacation in the beautiful laundry house in Grassau. The place is totally cute and shopping is within walking distance. The location is a very good starting point for hikes on site, but day trips to Königssee or Tegernsee can also be reached within an hour's drive. Lake Chiemsee is "next door" and there are plenty of possibilities there too. The house was super nicely decorated and we felt very comfortable.

Our family holiday started in Rust, Germany and ended in Munich, we enjoyed our holiday in Germany and this was a great location if you’re looking to travel around the City!

We stayed here with our family of 12 people ages 5-82 and had an absolutely wonderful time. The house is beautiful and the town of Garmisch is fantastic. Tons to do, absolutely stunning location, easily walkable to a million things. We hope to be back.

Beautiful idyllic location, great starting point for all activities and excursions, perfect for unwinding. Very large well-kept property, which is great especially with a dog, as it is fenced all around.

What a fantastically beautiful retreat surrounded by nature! The Suttenhütte is not just a place to stay – it is a lovingly designed home decorated with so much heart and attention to detail. Simply mega. Every morning we were greeted by a curious fox. & the starry sky is a blast.
We immediately felt at home and felt welcome here. It is a place to arrive, feel comfortable. This place gives peace, inspires and invites you to dream. From the bottom of our hearts, we look forward to coming back.

We could not be happier with our stay at Hotel Villa Ludwig. The private villa is an entire private residence which is both luxurious and historic. The staff are lovely and treated us like family from the moment we arrived. They ensured that all our needs were met, were very responsive, and took the time to answer questions and make helpful recommendations. Fresh breads with butter, honey, and jams were delivered to the Villa each morning, and they even included gluten free options. The property is at the base of the Neuschwanstein Castle, so the location is very close to both castles in Schwangau. It is also close to local restaurants and stores. We would highly recommend staying at Hotel Villa Ludwig and plan to stay here again. Thank you to Jessica and her colleagues for making our vacation special and for being so gracious and hospitable.

We had a super nice time, in a fantastically beautiful house. The sauna is sufficient for 3 people, which was enough for us. Communication with the host was friendly, nice and above all quick. Parking went smoothly right in front of the entrance. And the Spar (supermarket) is 3 minutes on foot.

Lovely home in a lovely location. Travel tip: Exactly follow house rules and have a vehicle is required, as the house is located remotely from the store and lake. Very nice hosts, all problems were solved with Kiara in the best possible way. Be sure to read the rules in the voucher carefully and you are provided with a paradise vacation.
