We stayed for one night and had a great experience. Location: The apartment is just a 15-minute drive from the airport, making it very convenient for travelers. Host (David’s father) he is an amazing host—polite, helpful, and very welcoming. His hospitality made our stay even better. Apartment: The place was exactly as described—neat, clean, and well-maintained. An elevator was available, which was a plus. Everything met our expectations. Host Review – David (Aswan Stay): In addition to our stay, David helped us with our trip in Aswan, including tours to Philae Temple and the Nubian Village. He was very transparent about his services and delivered everything as promised. He also arranged a one-day tour in Luxor and a hot air balloon ride at a very reasonable price. Moreover, David kindly upgraded our accommodation in Aswan to a whole apartment so that my family and I could stay together and enjoy privacy. This thoughtful gesture made our stay even more comfortable.

Amgad is an excellent host. He helped us get transportation, was waiting for us to arrive and adapted to our inaccessible flight schedules. Your place is quiet, comfortable and has more than you need to rest. I highly recommend it!

I stayed at Joe's place for one month. Check-in was a breeze, Joe's father "Baba Joe" met me and brought me up to the apartment. Check-out was easy as well, you just leave the keys on the counter and go. The flat itself is as described. Very safe - there's 24 hour security at the entrance and the door to the apartment itself has a gate. The apartment was passably clean (as is the standard for a lot of places in Cairo), but could really use a thorough cleaning top to bottom, I don’t think this has been done in a long time. The location is ideal in that your close to the airport and not far from downtown. Joe is a very helpful and responsive host. You can message him any time and he responds quickly.
