Me and my family, we had an incredible stay at this place. We came late in the evening, easily found the place. The property was absolutely clean, there are warm covers for the winter period and conditioner that can properly warm up/cool down the place. On the kitchen/grill area there are all the needed equipment as well as shower gel and shampoo Absolutely the best host I’ve ever met. He was very helpful and communicative, told us where it’s the best to eat, where is the best bakery near by. Moreover he provided the information about the best places to visit in Protaras and beyond. We felt like very appreciated guests and the host was very helpful throughout the whole stay. It is only 7 min walk from the beautiful lagoon with the sand beach where you can swim. There is also a big and clean pool on the territory. It was an incredible stay, huge thanks to the host, he made the stay be even better, helped to cover our questions and was very friendly with us:D

We are a family of five and stayed at Avraam's house for a week over Christmas. While we were a bit unlucky with the weather and didn’t brave the heated pool, the table tennis table turned out to be a fantastic alternative for outdoor fun. We also discovered a padel tennis court on the beach within walking distance, which added to our enjoyment. This was our first visit to Cyprus, and despite it being off-season with limited activities for families, we anticipated the quieter pace and relished the peace. Dining out was a highlight. We tried a different restaurant each day and were delighted with every meal. Avraam’s house is perfectly located... close to the beach and shops yet tranquil. The house itself is spotless, well-equipped, and exactly as described. Avraam is an exceptional host, checking in regularly to ensure we had everything we needed. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and look forward to returning to Cyprus when we can experience the sea in warmer weather.

Our stay at Anke's property was exactly what we'd hoped for. Clean, great size, air conditioning, lovely swimming pool and all the amenities you'll need. Location was perfect - 24hr minimarket 3min walk, strip 10mins, the nearest bay is at the end of the pool - that's where you'll find the turtles, which was an added bonus! There's also a cat feeding spot about 1 min away where you can see they are all in good condition and bring them food - another perk if you're a cat lover! If we're ever in the area again we'll be sure to rebook here.
