Monthly Rentals in Avroult

What an absolutely stunning place to stay! Wish we could have stayed longer than the one night. Vivien was a great communicator and even showed us around the workings of the mill which was so interesting. It is obvious he takes great pride in his water mill and we would definitely like to return but for longer next time. The accomodation was great! The location was fantastic, peaceful and quiet. The sound of the running water was so relaxing! Thank you for a lovely stay. My friend says she wants to live there! I hope you enjoyed the sourdough bread I made for you! Thank you Vivien xx

Easy check in. No issues and happy to be back

The flat is a little gem hidden away in the centre of town. I'll start with the only two downsides, which can't be helped, which are the location which is in a small alleyway which can be a bit dark at night and the fact there is no washing machine for longer stays. On the positive side, it's a lovely little flat centrally located with local free parking available within walking distance. It has all the amenities you need for a short stay including a full kitchen, dining area, living area and separate bedroom. Although the flat is very central (less than a minute walk into the town centre) as it is down the alley it is actually quiet and peaceful. It's walking distance to shops, restaurants, a supermarket and the lovely Saint Omer public gardens are literally across the road. The apartment was warm and well heated, with a good shower, coffee machine and fast WiFi. Delphine, the host, was delightful and always willing to help.

Peaceful place in the middle of the countryside. There are board games, CDs, Wi-Fi, fully equipped kitchen, everything is on one level. I would highly recommend it
