The villa is characterized by a large size (about 130 sqm) with 2 bedrooms 2 bathrooms and large living room with sea view. Every environment has been taken care of in every detail and according to Sicilian traditions with designer furnishings. It enjoys an outdoor space of 600 square meters with 200 square meters paved and a beautiful solarium facing the sea. There is also a beautiful saltwater pool (commonly used by all San Carlo guests) immersed in a green area of 1500 square meters

On the ground floor, there is a bathroom with shower and a double bedroom, while the mezzanine houses the sleeping area with two single beds. The air-conditioned loft is equipped with Wi-Fi, a washing machine, an oven, a hairdryer, an iron, and linens. Outside, you can enjoy the patio and large covered veranda equipped with a barbecue and panoramic view. Parking is on-site and free.
