Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Avola

We had a wonderful time with baby and dog. The house is great, with a nice terrace, lots of seating and fruit trees in the garden. It is in nature and we were all to ourselves. At the same time, the location is a very good starting point for beautiful excursions. We were received in a very hospitable, helpful and courteous manner.

The accommodation was as advertised and the host was very responsive. If the beach of lido di noto is not within walking distance, the accommodation is conveniently located between Noto and the Vendicari reserve. Syracuse can be reached in 30 minutes by car. Possibility to pick oranges from the garden to prepare fresh fruit juices in the morning.

Highly recommended! Uccio welcomed us and had an assortment of local foods available for us, eggs from his chickens, citrus fruits, including his delicious red wine! We felt welcome and appreciated, his children played with ours while they met and learned the names of the friendly farm cats. There are multiple destinations within 30 minutes of the farm, including a warm sandy beach, castles, Ragusa Ibla, caverns, the list goes on. Excellent host and location!

Couldn’t have been better. Easy communication, super warm welcome, awesome property that has everything you need and more. We felt immediately at home and even days of thunderstorm and rain were pleasant in this house. Valerio and his family have always been there for us and took care of everything super fast. The property looks in real life even better than on the pictures.

For us it was the perfect place to stay. Charming, well designed apartment with unbelievable views of Modica. The terrace was ideal to have a glass of wine in a quiet area overlooking the city. You will encounter more cats that people here, still, it only takes few minutes taking the stairs to be in the very center of the town. If we are lucky to come back, we will try to stay here again.

Very nice place . A little far from the city center but it's not worse because it's quieter. Too bad the barbecue is far from the accommodation ( it is 30 meters on a part that is public and you have to leave the accommodation to access it) It would be nice to be able to eat right next to the barbecue but nothing is provided for this purpose. Our host was very responsive and enjoyable

The apt. had everything you needed for a comfortable and perfect stay. The amenities were very thoughtful that Emanuele&Ivana provide for their guests such as slippers, cookies and a nice bottle of wine when checking in. The apt. Is beautifully decorated modern and elegant. Very comfortable bed , nice balcony and centrally located to restaurants and walkable for sightseeing and shops. Would highly recommend staying here .

The hosts were amazing with communication, the villa was more beautiful than the photos! the facilities were great. Avola and nearby Noto are beautiful places. We can’t wait to come back!

This is a convenient flat with loads of great restaurants etc nearby. We recommend a great local bar/restaurant Il Quarto steak house. Proper local bar, full all the time when most other restaurants empty, wide selection of great food, proper bar staff, etc. Parking was Ok. Easy walk to the archeological park which was fantastic. Only issue we faced was that the spiral staircase to the bedroom is hard to negotiate with a large suitcase and you have to do a steep up and down staircase to access the front door - it was not too much of a problem for us as we are fit but it might be hard for some people

We really enjoyed our stay at Tuccia's place. The apartment is in a perfect location for enjoying the nearby beach and visiting the surrounding area. The two terraces are a great place to enjoy a dinner in the sun or simply lounge outside. The kitchen is equipped exceptionally well for its size and is really useful for making a dinner occasionally. Finally, Tuccia and her husband Angelo are the kindest hosts we've met and really make this place stand out. We can only recommend a stay here and will surely be back when we're in Sicily again!

Everything was exactly as described and fit exactly for our two nights in Syracuse: great location, Ortiygia within walking distance, the small house on two floors with pretty courtyard and balcony and everything in the kitchen and bathroom you need. Very tasty coffee! Thank you Martina! We highly recommend the place!

We had a fantastic stay in Robin's beautiful house in Ognina. Can only join other guests in confirming that the place is perfectly clean, comfortable, modern, in a beautiful setting, right across the street from a small bay, with all the necessary amenities. Robin was extremely friendly and helpful throughout our stay, made us feel very much at ease and gave us lots of recommendations for the area. We were traveling with a toddler and had a crib and a high chair that we really appreciated. We enjoyed taking morning walks around Ognina and grabbing afternoon aperols at the cafe by the port. Just note that the house is shared with other guests who have their own access and space, which didn't bother us at the slightest and everyone we saw was very friendly. Thank you Robin for the warm welcome!

We were guests at Daniela's for the second time. The apartment is large has shabby charm, nothing is new, but it is somehow romantic. The location is perfect and we love the large roof terrace. It is totally quiet and you can hear and see the sea and you are still in the middle of the old town.

This place was better than what we had asked for. Very spacious, extremely clean, walkable to all the amazing restaurants and farmers market. Francesco responded right away to any questions we had about the area. I can't wait to come back and stay in this location and beautifully clean home.

This apartment is outstanding in every way! We adored relaxing in the beautiful cactus garden and terrace with the most spectacular view of Modica centre. The apartment itself is charming, furnished with an amazing eye for detail and authenticity and very true to the traditional Sicilian style. Peppe is very kind and helpful, offering to pick us up from the station and helping us find our way to the apartment. We didn’t want to leave this little piece of heaven.

Fantastic 3 weeks at Francesco`s beautiful apartment - superbly located on Isola Ortigia, an absoultely spectacular place. Lively even during winter and a number of sights (Neapolis is a must!). Went to the food market for fish and greens and made dinner at home every other day or so. Otherwise a number of very good restaurants within a 500m radius. Breakfast and lunches on the spectacular terrase, short/t-shirt at least half the days (when in the sun) even during winter. Francesco was very helpful when we needed some minor assistance with heating and dishwasher. The heating system was the best I have every come across in Italy - water heated radiators, not only the usual A/C. All in ll - spotless!

We had a very nice time and the apartment it’s super close to everything we needed and the terrace was a dream with a beautiful view!

The apartment is very beautiful with a lovely view! We enjoyed our stay very much. On the day of arrival Davide was very helpful giving instructions and local recommendations. Whenever we had a question they responded quickly.

Great spot within walking distance of the main sites. Easy to find with street parking right out front. Damanio was very communicative via the app, and his mother was so kind and welcoming. Check in was very easy and we were able to store our bags for a while after check out the next morning. We would definitely stay here again!

Had an amazing stay at Claudio’s place. The location is close to everything and his place is the perfect spot to call home for a few days in Noto (the balconies are amazing!). Claudio was also a great host and responded right away to any questions we had and check-in was easy. There was also free parking on the street out front. Would stay again.

Superb from start to finish! Maria Teresa is an exceptional host. She welcomed us with detailed recommendations and her apartment was beautifully appointed. The view from the balcony was a wonderful place to enjoy an aperitif. This was the best Airbnb mattress we have ever slept on and the memory foam pillows and other thoughtful inclusions meant the apartment felt like home. We will definitely return. Grazie mille!

staying here is like being a local Ortagian we were greeted at our parking space by Enrico who is Majas man on the ground who took us down the street to the apartment so much better than having to find a key lock box the apartment is superbly equipped and stylish in a typical Italian fashion large lounge with views two bedrooms both on a par ditto for the bathrooms on the third floor there is also an amazing terrace ideal for the alfresco breakfast sunbathing and pre dinner sundowners this was one of the best airbandbs we know and we would like to return

This was a fantastic base for our 5 nights in Ortigia - accessible on foot to everything we wanted to do, about 10 minutes from the InCoop supermarket which supplied us well for cooking in the small but perfectly formed kitchen. Lots of thoughtful/artistic touches, from artworks to bathroom and kitchen supplies. A wonderful place to be, great style to the apartment, with a very comfortable bed and fantastic views from all three balconies/out of the bedroom window. Having a washing machine was super-helpful too! Manuel was a very welcoming host, explaining the way things worked and gave plenty of local recommendations plus other local advice. The description is very accurate, including the 65 steps from the street to the apartment- unless this many steps will be an issue for you, I’d highly recommend booking this apartment. If I was ever to return to Siracusa I’d definitely want to stay here again.
