We had a great time relaxing in this peaceful country haven surrounded by animals (goats, chickens, ducks, chicks, dogs). New, spacious and very pleasant accommodation. Rich and tasteful decoration. Quality amenities (stove, washing machine, beds, sofa, TV). The very warm and welcoming hospitality of Sunndy, Emmanuel and their daughter Lola made our weekend particularly enjoyable. We really felt at home. We therefore recommend it without hesitation for a night, a weekend, a week, a month…. Many thanks to all three of you for a great weekend.

Such a beautiful gatehouse and with so much history. Pierre-Francois was a lovely host and very responsive. He met us upon arrival, was very friendly, and gave shared recommendations and stories about the area. The house is in a great location and is an easy drive to the surrounding towns and chateaus. We had a lovely stay.

central to all of the chateaux within 80 km radius. We visited 8 and were not disappointed. Amboise had a great selection of quality restaurants at reasonable prices, for us Chez Bruno stood out the best. Our hosts prepared the pool for a daily swim which was so nice as our nearest pool at home is 10km away and difficult to get to. The property gave us the chance to forget TV for 2 weeks to allow some good social time and good reading. Finally Michele and Roland our hosts couldn't do enough for us. Wish we were closer as they would be great as friends and neighbours.

Great apartment and a wonderful host! Everything was clean, comfortable, and well-located. Highly recommended!
