38 sqm apartment in the middle of Lofoten! The apartment built on July 2021, has one bedroom with a double bed and a sofa bed in the living room. The place is recommended for two people, or adults with children if you were to be four people. Stamsund is a perfect starting point for experiencing the entire Lofoten! With an hour by car to both Svolvær one way and Å the other. Just outside the apartment there are possibilities for nice mountain hikes. Stamsund also has both grocery stores, restaurant and coffee shop at walking distance.

If you walk a little way along the road you will come to the sherpatrappa, which takes you up to famous mountain peaks such as Svolværgeita, Frog, Djevelporten, Fløya, Blåtinden and Tuva. Here you can really charge the batteries. The house has 4 half floors, which help to create a good atmosphere. The large windows create proximity to nature and mountains. You can look out for hours without getting tired of the view, while enjoying a book. The house has its own backyard with sitting furniture and access to gas grill. You can enjoy your morning coffee in the backyard or in the afternoon on the front and enjoy the view until the sun sets behind the mountains. Kid-friendly. We have trampoline with safety net. Central!

Buildings are based on green energy. Heating comes from solar collectors and air-water heat pump. Airy, new and with stunning views to the sea, both summer and winter. Jogging, skiing, Randonee or cross country skiing just minutes from apartment. Jaquzzi/sauna/countercurrent pool/gym. Sauna and jacuzzi is ONLY available for more than 2 nights rental and max 2 hours per day. Gas/wood grill. Fishing possibilities by boat in the sea or fresh water in agreement with the landlord. Parking outside the apartment.

Breathtaking views

Cozy and original fisherman's hut with its own quay and 18ft boat. Very comfortable place with fast, free wifi. Three +1 bedroom with good beds. Practical kitchen with stove and dishwasher. Refrigerator and freezer. This is really something special down in the harbor of Stamsund. The coastal steamer (Hurtigruten/Havila) is few steps away. Shop, pub/restaurant are only meters away. Second hand car is for hire. Very safe area and free parking. PS: Check "Stamsund paradise" on youtube.

I vårt familiehjem kan voksne eller familier bo i et rolig nabolag nært Leknes sentrum og midt i Lofoten. Huset har plen, uteleker, trampoline og huskestativ som kan brukes. Fire soverom med hver sine dobbelsenger, samt mulighet for babyseng og madrass på gulv. To av rommene tilhører døtrene våre på 10 og 13 år og har noen leker. Vi har mange brettspill, dvd/netflix, gitar og keyboard, så om været er dårlig kan dere nyte en hyggelig innekveld.

We had a warm welcome from Allan's parents. The place was as described. Unfortunately, we did not receive information in time when other guests will come to the accommodation, which briefly led to some confusion regarding the shared kitchen use. Ultimately, however, a very quaint accommodation in the best location — with northern lights on the doorstep.

This home was huge. It was a great space for our family of 5 adults. Julie was a great commicater, and had everything ready for our 3 day stay.

Idyllic single-family home!

We stayed at the place for nine wonderful days and felt very comfortable! The location was ideal for our ski tours, and especially the cozy atmosphere delighted us. The large window overlooking the sea was an absolute highlight – we could sit there for hours and enjoy the view. The kitchen was super equipped, with everything you need to cook (dishes, pots, etc.), and since we cooked ourselves daily, it was perfect. Overall, the place offered a lot of space, even for us as a group of four. The quiet location was ideal, and the nearby restaurant (only 3 min walk away) was a nice bonus. A small note: There were still some items in some cabinets and drawers, possibly forgotten by previous tenants. This didn't bother us, but maybe the Åge could take a look. All in all a great place to stay!

We are delighted with the home, area and landlord. Was there for 6 days and had everything we needed. Perfect for us. Short way to the city centre. Nice and quiet residential area. Bright and pleasant home, with all the equipment. Landlord who responded pleasantly and quickly to questions. Recommended. Would love to come again!

We really enjoyed our stay at the charming and cozy farmhouse. Perfect place to stay for a few days. The kitchen was well equipped and the fireplace was a bonus. When we arrived there were homemade buns in the kitchen, which was very nice. Overall very happy with our stay and would definitely come back!
