Fantastic stay! Renata was wonderful to work with, provided great recommendations, gave us a tour of their winery and a tasting (we loved their wine and left with a few cases). Kitchen essentials provided as well as oil, coffee, tea, basic spices, kitchen towels ect. to make cooking easy. Location is beautiful. We walked into the small town one day for lunch, mostly uphill but not a bad walk. Took us maybe 20 minutes and half the walk is through vineyards. To note: if you like to sleep in complete darkness, bring an eye mask. There are window coverings but some are a bit sheer so morning light will come in. If using the grill on the patio, consider bringing a charcoal chimney starter. It took us a bit to get the charcoal going. There was a bit of charcoal there, but we went out and bought more. We would recommend this to 2 couples traveling or a small family! Such a little gem!

Incredible location with view over the valley. Quiet and very peaceful. Max and Olga was very helpful and assisted us with local tips and also with booking of restaurants and bikes. It was a bit tricky to drive to the house after the sun went down, narrow roads and steep hills. Max went to meet us along the way. Very grateful for that. If possible we recommend to arrive when it’s still daylight. I bit of mosquitoes in the evening- repellent is a good thing to bring. All in all we are very satisfied with this house and Piemonte.

Wir können die vorgehenden positiven Rezessionen nur bestätigen: - Herrliche Aussicht inkl. Sonnenuntergang. - Die Wohnung entspricht den Fotos, ist ruhig gelegen und geräumig auch für 5 Erwachsene. - Die Küchenausstattung ausreichend. Sollte mal was fehlen, einfach nachfragen. - Howard und Sara sind jederzeit erreichbar. - Die Unterkunft entspricht dem, was wir von Airbnb Unterkünften erwarten: private Unterkunft mit persönlichen Kontakt zu Einheimischen und trotzdem Privatsphäre. - Danke für die vielen Tipps. Was zu beachten ist: - Die Anfahrt ist teilweise eng und steil, jedoch machbar für geübte Fahrer und Autos, die nicht tiefergelegt sind. - Die Dusche ist eher für schlanke Personen. - Ein Schlafraum hat keine Fenster. Um Tageslicht im Raum zu erhalten, wurde an einer Wand, die zum Wohnraum angrenzt, eine Öffnung ohne Verglasung in Form eines Halbkreises eingelassen. - Die Ladegeschwindigkeit für Elektroautos ist extrem langsam. Die Unterkunft empfehlen wir gerne weiter.

We stayed at Simona and Gianluca’s place for a week with the whole family. And we had a marvelous holiday! The area, with its rolling hills and beautiful views is just magnificent. Moncalvo and the wider Monferrato region offer everything you need for a quiet, relaxing and extremely enjoyable time. The recommendations from Simona and Gianluca for things to do were just perfect! In particular we liked the aperitivo at sunset in front of the Castell’Alfero church while the kids were playing on the playground, followed by a delicious dinner at Osteria dell’Eremita. But there are many more villages, all with their own particular charm, to visit; you can hardly go wrong. The house in Castelmerlino is located in a beautiful and quiet area, only a short drive away from Moncalvo (we loved the Thursday market!). It is beautifully decorated and has everything you need for a carefree holiday. The garden, full of flowers and offering a splendid view, is just fantastic! Hope to be back one day!

L’appartamento è davvero molto carino, arredato e decorato con cura. Dotato di tutti i comfort. Simone e Giovanna sono stati gentilissimi e molto disponibili. Molto carino anche il loro cane Tobia che ha accettato i nostri due cani nel suo giardino senza problemi. Zona tranquilla con una bella passeggiata vicinissima e un panorama mozzafiato. Tutto davvero fantastico, se ci ricapiterà di passare in quelle zone ci ritorneremo sicuramente! Grazie 😊

Belle maison, au calme, avec de magnifiques vues dégagées sur les montagnes. La maison est spacieuse et très agréable, le jardin est super pour les enfants. Il ne nous a manqué que quelques degrés pour profiter de la piscine et de la terrasse… dommage. Merci à Federica pour son accueil et sa réactivité. La communication a été très fluide et agréable.

Tracey a été charmante et très accueillante! Nous avons eu des soucis sur la route et avons dû replanifier notre arrivée à plusieurs reprises au long de la journée. Malgré cela et l’heure tardive, Tracey est restée flexible, disponible et accueillante. Le logement était très propre, dans un environnement calme et apaisant au milieu des vignes, comme décrit sur l’annonce. Nous avons passé un magnifique séjour!

We absolutely loved our stay at Alvise's apartment! From the moment we booked, Alvise and his wife were incredibly friendly and communicative, providing us with all the information we needed. Upon arrival, they were so helpful, taking the time to tell us about the beautiful city of Torino and offering great local tips. The apartment itself was a delight – spotlessly clean, comfortable, and very nice. We highly recommend staying here for a fantastic Torino experience!

Posto meraviglioso. Le nostre aspettative sono state superate. E' una bella casa in collina, soleggiata e tranquilla. A breve distanza da borghi caratteristici, ristoranti e gite in bici. Ivana e il marito sono due host fantastici. Sempre disponibili, gentili, generosi e ospitali. Pulizia, posizione, ospitalità e vista:- 10 su 10. Assolutamente consigliato. Abbiamo conosciuto la moglie del proprietario e il figlio, persone gentilissime super disponibili e discrete. Ci hanno fatto sentire a casa, la signora Caterina è una donna splendida super premurosa. The house is beautiful, nicely renovated, and the garden is its true gem. Everything was clean and well-organized. The kitchen was equipped with everything needed. Federico was very helpful and always quick to respond to any questions. Sciolze is a charming small village—perfect if you enjoy the peace and quiet of the countryside, yet it's just a short drive to Torino. I would definitely recommend this accommodation!

Ik heb een heerlijke tijd gehad in La Morra. Het appartement van Roby was goed verzorgd en ontbrak aan niks. Wifi was er maar deed het niet mega goed, dat stoorde mij echter niet, zowel binnen en buiten zijn er namelijk heerlijke plekken om lekker te lezen met een muziekje. Geen goede wifi voor nodig. Roby is mega vriendelijk en attent. We spraken niet dezelfde taal, maar toch was alles duidelijk en voelde ik mij zeker welkom.

Wij hebben erg genoten van ons verblijf hier! We stonden via whattsapp in contact met de gastheer en konden hem steeds bereiken! Er is mogelijkheid tot ontbijt en avondeten in het verblijf zelf :) Daarnaast zit je in een mooie omgeving! Een echte aanrader!

Ho prenotato l'alloggio per mia madre, che si è trovata bene. Le istruzioni per il check in sono state fornite da remoto ed erano chiare. Ottima posizione per visitare il centro città a piedi, molto vicino a piazza Vittorio. L'alloggio è ben arredato e c'era tutto il necessario, sia in cucina (anche fette biscottate, tè e caffè) che in bagno e camera da letto. Si tratta di un attico (servito da ascensore) quindi in alcuni punti il tetto può risultare un po' basso; l'alloggio però è silenzioso, malgrado la movida (era un sabato sera e si percepiva a malapena, grazie al piano alto e alle finestre nuove e ben isolanti).
