Just as shown in the listing. Very comfortable bed, all necessary items for cooking or having a breakfast. Located directly behind a good taverna. A very friendly host who is attentive to guests needs. It's a bit 'rough' around the edges, but it was good value as we were passing thru and visiting a nearby horse stable for riding.

Nikos places is great. Its beautifull house in olive groove close to village and lake just few minutes walk. house has all you need, shade, sun , few big teraces, parking space. I felt like at home and we really enjoyed or 2week stay. Nikos was really responsive, he is easygoing guy, had recommended lot of things. Location is good base to explore Kriti and you need a car and for us was no problem so we utilized every moment to visit around great beaches, gorges, cities , taverna... great vacation Would like to come back and definetely recommend. ps: thx for genuine olive oil

WOW! Just returned home from this villa after 12 of us spent 3 nights celebrating our friends hen party. This home was absolutely stunning and the views that surrounded were beautiful. Very modern interior too and had everything we needed. There was air con throughout, balconies from almost every room and a pool area that was big enough for everyone to enjoy without feeling squashed and the perfect seating areas for sunset drinks. Shop was about 15 min walk away and 5 min drive. Also the beach was walking distance, very pretty, not too crowded but still things going on. Mano was the best host I have ever had the pleasure in communicating with. He was very helpful and got back to us in minutes if we had any questions or were looking for any recommendations. Even arranged all our taxis throughout our stay. I couldn’t recommend this beautiful villa enough and again thanks to Mano for helping us make our stay so special. The only negative is that we didn’t stay longer!

We were totally delighted with the place and its amenities. Something I hadn't realized and which is a disturbing hair are the parties at the pool next door twice a week. Apart from that, everything is perfect. The hosts are charming and the two owners are very attentive. We will come back without hesitation.
