Absolutely unique, seaside and modern property in the entrance to Bergen. Fantastic 180° sea view with the great Askøy Bridge in the middle of the sight. Here you can enjoy a glass of wine in the evening or morning coffee, on the large terrace, while studying boating just outside. Great cruise ships sail majestically past, about in the middle of the living room. About 15 minutes by car to Bergen city center. Otherwise, you can take the bus from the bus stop nearby. There is also passenger boat connection from Kleppestø quay, not far away.

The apartment is in a rural area on the island of Askøy, about 25 min drive from Bergen city center. In the garden and forest we have 4 sheep. Combine city life, swimming, nature, beautiful Herdla, chill in the garden, hear birds chirping, and experience silence. There is no road traffic. Private parking for car Bus is 3 min walk from the house, here you can take the bus to the city, takes about 50 minutes. The house itself is architect-designed from 1977. The studio is located on the ground floor and has its own terrace areas.

You will have full access to the whole downstairs apartment of 125m2 in total. 3 bedrooms and a large living room stands at your disposal. Outside you have your own private backyard with lots of outdoor games. From the pier you can fish, rent boat or swim. There is a 98l freezer box where you can store the fish you catch or any other food. Through our boat rental company, we are a lisenced fish camp. This means you can export up to 18kg of fish per fisherman with you out of Norway.

Huset ligger på Askøy ca 20 min fra Bergen. Det er lett å reise inn til byen både med buss og båt. Ligger butikk rett i nærheten også. Perfect for outdoor/nature/sports. Walk up or down mountain to tennis courts, mountain trails, lakes, streams, outdoor yoga, camping, etc. Gorgeous starry night sky views. Norway’s best baked breads, holiday chocolates, cookies, marsipan is nearby on island in Ask. Many local hidden beach coves to swim, sail, picnic. Enjoy!
