Quando i pattern psichedelici degli anni '70 incontrano le linee pulite dello stile scandinavo e i colori tenui, succede una magia: vieni a vederla con i tuoi occhi e dedicati completamente al relax in questo curato appartamento dal sapore vintage a 2 passi dal lago e dall'imbarco per le isole Borromeo. L' appartamento e' dotato di 2 camere da letto per un totale di 5 posti letto , 2 cucine attrezzate con forno a microonde , TV 40" con attacco terrestre e satellitare,free WIFI in tutta la casa e negli spazi comuni, 2 ampi e luminosi bagni . Un balcone lungo tutta la lunghezza rende gli appartamenti molto luminosi. Disponiamo anche di un garage adiacente per il ricovero di moto, biciclette e passeggini. L' appartamento si trova all'interno di una palazzina completamente ristrutturata e adibita all'accoglienza turistica. E' in posizione centrale rispetto a tutti i servizi . La palazzina puo' essere affittata per intero o in parte per un totale di 18 posti letto. Alcuni appartamenti sono comunicanti per famiglie di 4/5 persone o gruppi di amici che volessero stare insieme in alcuni momenti della giornata e mantenere comunque la propria privacy. L'appartamento a piano terra e' privo di barriere architettoniche e con un bagno adatto anche ai disabili. E' al primo piano raggiungibile con una ampia scala in sasso L'appartamento si trova a Verbania a due passi dal lago Maggiore, nella piccola cittadina di "Pallanza" un borgo con una delle passeggiate sul lungo lago più belle della zona:le Isole Borromeo da un lato e facciate colorate, porticati, balconcini fioriti, terrazze e caffè dall'altro.

Delightful, a few steps from port

Few minutes walking from train station and ferry terminals and lots of nice restaurants, pizzeria and bars in the proximity. Short distance to the Duomo Cathedral, the Sociale Theater and rationalist buildings made by Architect Giuseppe Terragni. At 15 min walking there is a Lido where you can sun bath and swim in the lake, or at 5 min drive an outdoor pool with a small beach. There is also an indoor pool. We have a B&B and another apt listed on Airbnb. Book my place today!
