Spacious 4 1/2 room apartment with 98sqm space

Centrally located, everything important can be reached within a few minutes. Good connection to the traffic and public transport with nearby bus stop, nevertheless very quiet. On foot, you can reach the center of Ascona in 10 minutes. In the additional fees, these are obligatory. Tourist taxes included. Please be sure to follow the check-in instructions via app or Airbnb website, all information incl. Pictures can be seen there. Unfortunately, there are no PPs available on the premises, but there are public blue zones nearby for a fee.

Newly renovated and well equipped , the studio is near family-friendly activities, public transport, the city center, tourist attractions ( Madonna del Sasso), Cardada cable car, mini market. You’ll love this place because of the neighbourhood, the coziness, the wonderful view of lago maggiore and the mountains arround, the free parking, you can enjoy sunbathing in the garden. The studio is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids).

Flat renovated last summer (July 2017). Located on the ground floor (raised floor). Very bright and comfortable. Kitchen equipped. There's a Nespresso coffee machine with capsules. Garden, in common with the hosts. Grill and hammock available. The apartament is situated in a very quiet zone; public trasport and supermarket near (5 minutes on foot). Beautifully renovated studio in an old-town house from the 18th century. It is tastefully equipped with everything you need. The apartment is located 50 steps from the world famous Piazza Grande in the historic centre of Locarno. Everything is close by, however, due to its location, the studio is very quiet.
