Monthly Rentals in Artà

We used the house for a short vacation as a family with small children. The location was perfect, even as a base for exploring the surrounding area. Even parking the rental car behind the house was easy. Pedro was a great host who quickly and competently supported us with all questions in advance and during the stay. We will be happy to come back! A house renovation is currently taking place in the neighborhood. Although we had no impairments for our short trip, it is advisable to inquire about possible obstructions due to construction noise (as of summer 2025) for a longer stay.

Casita Bonita was comfortable, clean, cozy, and convenient. It is very attractively furnished and decorated. The kitchen was well-stocked which made it easy to prepare meals. The bathroom was a good size with nice hot water and good water pressure for showering. The location was centrally located, yet felt private and very safe. It was easy to walk to grocery stores, bakeries, shops, restaurants, and the Tuesday market. Staying at Casita Bonita was a great choice. I thoroughly enjoyed my visit to Artà. Thank you, Claus! Nice house in a cozy town! Incredibly nice communication that was thoughtful and caring. They responded quickly and very kindly. The house is super nice, a little darker than the feeling in the pictures but otherwise very good. The city is cozy with very good restaurants just around the corner. It is also close to several beaches.

I had a wonderful stay at this beautiful little townhouse! The location is perfect — right in the center, within easy walking distance to the market and the city center. Public parking is available everywhere, which made everything super convenient. Even with a big car, it was very easy to move around the city and find parking. The townhouse itself is lovely, cozy, and had everything I needed. I would definitely recommend it and would love to stay here again!
