A perfect retreat after a busy couple of weeks exploring Italy! We were so thankful we ended our trip at Belkys's beautiful home. Spotlessly clean, spacious, and very comfortable, it really was a lovely place to stay. We felt totally relaxed and enjoyed the pool and hot tub. It's located in the quiet countryside, but is also close enough to Rome for day trips, and a short drive to the airport. Belkys is a wonderful, responsive host. Thank you for a lovely stay!

Amelia and Kevin were very discreet, but they were still in their place if we needed them. The house is wonderful, very nice, clean. There is everything, the kitchen is super equipped, very high quality pots, kitchen robots, glasses and glasses of all kinds. They left us fresh bread, milk, and other things. Also given the temperatures I had asked for fresh water when we arrived and we were satisfied. The rooms are all beautiful, very comfortable beds. The living room with the home teather is an added value. The beautiful infinity pool, lights that create an atmosphere. In short, the photos reflect the reality, on the contrary, being there is even better. If you need to get away from the chaos this place is for you... at night you can't hear a single noise. Thanks to Amalia and Kevin, always smiling and kind. I hope to be back!

Luca, super friendly person, super helpful, really perfect. We had a great time in the villa and above all privacy and relaxation are the masters. We will definitely come back but at least for a 1 month stay. Thanks also to Luca's girlfriend who welcomed us on our arrival, a perfect check-in. We stayed at this fantastic villa for two nights, Friday - Sunday. The host was immediately available and thorough to answer any of our questions. When we arrived we found ourselves in a beautiful villa, clean, modern and within reach of everyone. Carlos and his wife immediately made us feel at ease, explaining the simple little house rules. Never intrusive but always ready in time of need!! We will definitely be back!

Donkeys and Roses is an enchanting paradise in the breathtaking Italian countryside. The house is historic and elegant with a gorgeous porch and upstairs deck for enjoying breakfast or an evening glass of wine. We loved swimming in the luxurious, well maintained swimming pool, cooking in the magnificent kitchen and then relaxing on one of the gorgeous living room sofas. Nearby, there are many enchanting villages seemingly untouched by tourism. Our day trip to Rome was quick and easy as we parked our car inexpensively for the day at the local train station and then took a direct train to and from the centre of Rome. Enrico is the perfect gentleman and our communication was always a pleasure. We both agreed that this is the best Airbnb that we have stayed at over the years. Everything about our stay was perfect and I can’t imagine a more amazing Italian villa than Donkeys and Roses.

We had an incredible stay at this beautiful property in Monteleone for our first trip to Italy. The home was perfectly situated, with breathtaking views of the surrounding countryside, even more stunning than the photos. The property itself was peaceful, well maintained, and a perfect place to relax after exploring nearby towns. Giacomo and his family were very warm and welcoming, making sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We especially appreciated the thoughtful touches around the home that made it feel cozy and authentic. Special thanks to Giacomo for helping to arrange the return of an item we left behind. This place is a hidden gem! The town is beautiful, the people are very friendly. We only stayed one night, next time we will stay longer. How Airbnb should be: great attention from the host, a very comfortable homely apartment at a good price. Fully recommend staying here, relaxing and discovering the area which is so rich in history and culture.

Great place to stay, clean and comfortable. Well-equipped outdoor area suitable for families and a friendly and helpful host. The area is very quiet (a plus!) But you need a car to get around.

If you want to stay in the center, stay in the center. If you have two feet stay there. It was like Alice jumping after the Rabbit to go through the wall and explore the city. Tuscolano is great, normal, busy and quiet too.

Federica was so nice and helpful at early check in, she helped us rest without waiting checkin time after a long tiring flight. We are grateful for sure.. Home was clean and has plenty of linens and towels. Just wished there would be more space for storage, hangers at each room, as it was missing at the bunk bedroom, we couldnt find enough space to fit in to the room as 2 adults, i wish the crib was optional and instead there might have been a drawer with a mirror. The bathroom was also missing shelves and storages for our stuff and sink had not enough space to fit the personal stuff. Kitchen was good, just wished there would be drawers and things were easily accessible each time. No dishwasher btw. The fridge is way tooo small and no freezer in it unfortunately.. which i guess the most disappointing thing for 6 people. And be mindful about the stairs to access the house which you might consider carefully in case of disability. The view and balcony were great, and restaurants.

Wonderful experience! Valentino's house goes far beyond expectations. Clean, tidy, elegant and complete with everything. Too bad we only spent one night there, we will definitely be back. If you want to spend romantic days of total relaxation, Valentino's house is perfect.

Although the apartment was a little basic, it was as described, so perfect for me. The location was excellent, right in the town and near all the amenities. I’m sure I would have had an excellent nights sleep in the comfortable bed, if it hadn’t been for the local dogs barking all night! Although I did not meet Maurizio in person, he communicated well, and was very helpful. A great host.

We really enjoyed our stay at Emina’s house. Drinking espresso’s in the morning in the gardens with amazing view, cooking in the excellent equipped kitchen, evenings by the fire place. And the surroundings with al few beautiful beaches at 15 min drive and historical towns nearby made our holiday with kids a lot of fun. We would definitely recommend!

This Airbnb was everything we could’ve hoped for, beautiful, spotless, and in the most convenient location. It was walking distance to everything we wanted to see, yet tucked away enough to feel peaceful. The space itself was like a work of art. It was thoughtfully designed, unique, and full of character. Christian was an incredible host, he was warm, responsive, and full of amazing local recommendations that truly made our trip special. We felt so well taken care of. We’d absolutely stay here again the next time we’re in Rome. Highly recommend!

The apartment is authentic and has lots of soul and charm. Excellent towels. Gorgeous garden, with tons of jasmine in bloom. Best restaurants in town are within easy walking distance, and the immediate neighborhood is gorgeous and feels secluded with tons of atmosphere. Paolo and his family are conscientious hosts. Would absolutely come back!

Davide was a very nice, kind, helpful and really thoughtful host. The house is nice (nomen omen!) and we slept very well. Convenient location between Rieti and L'Aquila.

Good starting point for bike tours

The reception was good, Carmine uses fine tools to communicate pleasantly if you do not speak the same language. The space and surroundings are beautiful.
