Willkommen in unserer neu renovierten, 55 qm grossen Ferienwohnung mit eigenem Süd-Balkon, in der wir Ihnen ein " Heim fern von zuhause " bieten möchten. Die Wohnung befindet sich im Obergeschoss unseres Einfamilienhauses in einer Sackgasse am Stadtrand von Arnsberg. Sie hat mit Wohnzimmer, Schlafzimmer, Bad, WLAN und voll ausgestatteter Küche alle Annehmlichkeiten um Ihnen einen angenehmen Urlaub zu bieten. Fahrräder haben einen Abstellort auf dem Grundstück, ihr Auto einen eigenen Stellplatz.

The light-flooded attic apartment (2nd floor) is quietly located in a side street and thus offers pure relaxation! You can reach us from the A44 highway in just 10 minutes. The little ones can let off steam in the schoolyard next door with a climbing frame and space to play ball. A parking space is available for you at your doorstep. In the village there is a restaurant, a golf course and a mini golf course. In addition, the local wildlife park is exciting for all ages. No smoking

The entrance to the Sauerland Forest Route is right around the corner and many attractions are nearby (Reckenhöhle, Balver Höhle, Luisenhütte.) Lake Sorpe is a few minutes away by car. In the pleasant partial shade under the trees, you can really enjoy your vacation. The apartment is located on the first floor of the house and is accessible via a separate entrance, which offers sufficient privacy. On the quiet, low-traffic road there is ample parking.

I would like to recommend this home to everyone! It's a real gem. I was there alone for 7 days and would have preferred to have stayed longer. I felt completely comfortable. I was also lucky that the cow pasture across the street moved in a few days before I arrived, so my view was more than perfect. It is quiet and secluded, great view, you are super fast in the city for various errands + errands, you can hike super nicely and if you want to move not far away from home: super cozy sitting area on the balcony, next to it a perfect sauna with privacy, downstairs the pond with sun lounger for the perfect sunbathing. You don't have to move far away to fully enjoy the holiday, it's all right in front of you:)! I will definitely return! :)

L.S, We stayed in the house with 3 adults and 2 children in the spring break of 2025. Winterberg was easily accessible 14 km away. The home was warm, cozy and clean when we arrived. We felt right at home. The cinema experience with the big TV was very nice. In the kitchen, everything was available to cook. Also the big fridge and dishwasher increase the comfort. Personally, I (grandpa) loved that stove. Wood, kindling supplies, everything was in stock. And that lovely warmth from the warm natural stone plates: great and fun to use. In addition, we slept wonderfully. The contact with the host Birthe was fine. Messages were already sent before the trip. When we didn't get the WiFi activated, assistance was immediately provided online, just as long until it succeeded. We were also contacted again before our departure. We were on vacation with a group of good friends. Very nice cottage with small sauna. Above all, the quiet location is noteworthy! It was really a nice, relaxing break. Exactly what we expected! :)
