Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Armidale Regional Council

I recently had the pleasure of visiting this wonderful house. It's incredibly clean and tidy, giving off a very comfortable and inviting atmosphere. What's truly amazing is that it was built in 1882, yet it's still in such good condition. You can tell that a lot of care and attention has been put into maintaining it over the years. The house itself is just lovely. It has everything you could possibly need, making it feel like a true home. Whether you're looking for a place to relax or entertain, this house has got you covered. I highly recommend it to anyone who appreciates a well-preserved piece of history combined with modern comfort.

A wonderful place, a blend of old and new character. Close to the centre of town, parks, shops and restaurants. Plenty of parking, super clean, lovely and quiet. Friendly pro-active host too, thanks! Would love to stay again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Brooke’s place. The home was beautifully presented, and offered us a place to rest and relax. The location was great, and we had everything we needed for our stay. We highly recommend staying at Brooke’s place when in Armidale.

Marie was a great host. We had to book in last minute and she couldn't have been more helpful. The next day we had to extend our stay and Marie relocated us to a second cottage on the same grounds within a few hours. We were with our doggies and they were also made to feel very welcome! The house was lovely and we felt right at home! Marie was also very responsive with everything to do with the booking! Very highly recommend to anyone visiting Armidale.

This home was just the right size for a weekend away for a wedding. 3 bedrooms, 1 bath, kitchen, dining and lounge. The hosts live behind the home, so shared back yard, however there is a beautiful chair out the front to sit and relax. the front drive way is more than enough for 2 vehicles and the key access at the front door made this an easy way to enter the home. the hosts were so lovely and kind.

What a beautiful home, that has been tastefully renovated & decorated. Loved that we were able to prepare a special family dinner, with all the little extras provided for.

Michael was very accomodating to our needs of a later checkout than originally planned. The place was private, peaceful and tidy. Michael was very responsive whenever I sent a message.

We had a wonderful stay at Ben’s place. Everything was in order and amenities such as bathroom soap, shampoo/conditioner as well as toilet paper was generous. The beds were comfortable and there was extra blankets and pillows if required. It was easy to walk into town and enjoyed dining at local cafes and restaurants. Happy to recommend to others. We really enjoyed our stay and would return to Ben’s accommodation if we were ever in Armidale again.

We loved TwoDogsFolly Cottage, it reminded me of holidays long ago in a similar lodging but with much more updated and luxurious amenities. We especially appreciated the mowed pathway for walking our dogs around the paddocks…and the washing machine! The cottage was warm on our arrival, and we had everything we could possibly need for our three day stay. Thank you so much for a really relaxing break.

I booked Daniel’s place last minute for work in Armidale and Daniel was really flexible considering this. He was responsive to what I needed including allowing a change to the booking numbers. Daniel’s place is clean, neat and tidy with good facilities. It is a 20 minute drive to Armidale and a short 2 minute drive in the Main Street of uralla with some great cafes. Highly recommend Daniel’s place.

The photographs of Bill’s cottage do not do it justice. There is a feeling of peace and tranquility soon as you walk in. Chocolates on the towels at the end of your bed, variety of jams, butter and milk as well as a loaf of bread in the kitchen added to that extra special feeling. The pillows are luxurious, the beds super comfortable. All up the cottage is absolutely gorgeous, situated in a quiet, beautiful street. Parking right outside the front. If I could give 10 stars I would.

Excellent little self contained granny flat. The house is walking distance to town where there's lots to eat drink and do. Maria and Roddy are really lovely, helpful and respectful. My only advice for anyone tall is that the bed might not be super comfortable. It's a rather hard futon so for my 6.2ft partner and I it wasn't the most restful sleep.

A great little set up over a town mall. Beautifully set out. Lovely furnishings, quality linen, little treats, spacious. And with a ginormous hot water system on full view in the bathroom. A very comforting sight on cold days. We loved it. Thanks Doug.
