Highlands Lodge is a magnificent stone and timber chalet nestled amongst 150 year old deciduous English Elm and many other European Trees. It is beautiful year round but particularly in Autumn. Located at Black Mountain (approx. half way between Sydney and Brisbane) in the heart of the beautiful New England Region, it is only 25 minutes north of Armidale and 10 minutes south of Guyra. Set on a working Sheep and Cattle property, Highlands Lodge is the perfect place to relax and unwind.

With an elevated outlook over a rural setting, Burgess house is surrounded by native birds and bushland. Being 5 minutes drive to the CBD and 8 minutes drive to UNE, it is a quiet retreat that is close to everything.

A well appointed 3 bedroom home. Quiet location. Suitable for 4 guests. There is a veranda and good size back yard. A secure and spacious remote access garage with internal access. Close to town, 1km from The Armidale School, walking distance to NERAM and 10 minutes from UNE. Black Gully Reserve is a block away where you can find wonderful bird life and a relaxing walk alongside the lake. This is NOT a party venue.

Cottage is on large, leafy 1 acre block in a semi rural environment. Chickens roam the yard and parrots roam the trees! Visiting wildlife include koalas, echidnas and possums. No road noise but still close to town. ( 4 km to CBD) Beautiful walking tracks start near front gate. We also have 2 dogs on the property, an old border collie and a young blue heeler.

Great place to stay! So peaceful and a super comfy bed. It's a little further out of town than other places but totally worth it.

A wonderful place, a blend of old and new character. Close to the centre of town, parks, shops and restaurants. Plenty of parking, super clean, lovely and quiet. Friendly pro-active host too, thanks! Would love to stay again.

Great location - an easy walk to downtown Armidale. Lisa was very accommodating when I asked for a late checkout. Heating was on when we arrived which made it cosy. Would definitely stay again.

A bright room is showcased, featuring a high ceiling with exposed wooden beams and a ceiling fan. Two large windows with plantation shutters allow natural light to filter through. A white cabinet stands against the wall, enhancing the clean and modern aesthetic.

We spent a week in Armidale staying at Terri’s place. It was beautifully comfortable and had everything we needed for our stay. There were lots of little extras and Terri was super attentive to our needs and went over and above in all aspects of communication and hospitality. The accommodation was thoughtfully decorated and the bed luxuriously styled. There is an IGA close by for convenience and lots to do in and around Armidale. The information Terri provided gave us a great start to our sight seeing. We highly recommend.
