The house is really spectacular, comfortable, the location unbeatable. We were a group of 12 people, adults and children and we all really enjoyed the amenities of the house, the pool and the beach that is a few minutes walk away. Daniela is a very good host since she responds quickly and is very friendly and willing to answer any questions you have. We were late to check in and had no problem waiting for us. Very valuable point is the presence of Rosana who works daily in the house. He helped us with shopping, meals, and recommendations. She is certainly a high point of the place. I recommend it with closed eyes and we will try to come back because it was a very good experience.

Amazing house with a great location outside the tourist hustle and bustle and at the same time super close to Rua das Pedras. The house helpers Luana and Luciano are sensational, super helpful and lovely people. The house is undergoing a renovation, but nothing that takes away all the comfort and feeling of being at home that it offers. Super recommend it and I will be back for sure.

Great condominium location! Clean home! Clean, smelly linens! Large pots are missing for large groups that need to make a lot of food! Super Attenentious Lorena! The very small swimming pool needs a staircase inside, especially for older people to get in and out, but it was clean! The condominium needs to improve those higher streets a lot, they all got lost inside and it took a long time to find the house! I think this can be very clear when renting, because if they don't have high and ready cars, they can't go up especially if they're heavy! All our cars with a lot of losses, with a flat tire, and a crashed car at the time it skidded! Because the house is on the last street of the condominium, and it has no asphalt, it is lands and holes, with even the risk of accidents.

What an amazing place… our family was well received, Priscila was super receptive. And the house… looks like a little doll house of so beautiful, super cozy and even more amazing than in the pictures. Our family was at home… we no longer wanted to leave so tasty that our stay was. The house is wonderful very good pool The only negative point is that it is far from the beaches and commerce for those who do not have a car . But she makes it very clear in the description regarding the distance from the beaches . There are local shops that deliver at the door but I didn't find everything I needed in this trade . But the house is perfect for those who want to relax and enjoy and the nearby beaches are also great, it is worth mentioning that it was wonderful the house and the beaches in relation to my little son. The service provided by the person who looks after the house was impeccable, attentive, helpful and very competent. The house is 100% bright and functional, and it's at the foot of the beach. Everything is perfect and I'm not exaggerating. Brazil is beautiful and much of that is because of its people. Ferradura beach is always protected from the winds of the four quadrants, so you can swim without problems on its beach.
