Chalet in a super quiet place, perfect place for you to rest with your family or relax with friends. It is 5 km from Praia do Forte, Ilha do Japonês and Praia das Conchas. The condominium of the chalets has two swimming pools, one for children and the other for adults, we have an area with a barbecue. Inside the chalet there is a double bed and a bunk bed, we have a refrigerator, stove, air conditioning and fan, Wi-Fi, as well as utensils such as a coffee maker, pots, among others. There is a bakery and mini market nearby

We are inside the Costa do Sol State Park, and also inside the APA Pau Brasil (Environmental Protection Area), the lush nature offers us daily! We have a practically exclusive beach within the complex, Praia das Caravelas! The decor of the house has some items inspired by the indigenous tribe that lived in the place when the Portuguese arrived in Brazil, docking one of its caravels on the beach. May your stay be unforgettable in the midst of this contact with nature!

The Chalet is a simple accommodation, but with great location. Close to markets, bars, restaurants. Praia do Forte is just 8 minutes walk, as well as the hippie market and the water park. Downtown and the city's bus station are also very close to the property. The cottages are inside a shared lot with 4 cottages and a main house. They are en-suites with a furnished balcony with a double bed, minibar, fan. The bathroom is electric shower. Indoor parking.

This house is absolutely amazing! We booked both houses, which are next to each other, for 6 people. Plenty of space for everyone. The houses are surrounded by dense trees (which is why it's called a tree house). The views from some of the bedrooms and the from the pool are breathtaking! Watching the sunrise at the pool while having breakfast was my favorite time of the day. My whole family loved the house and we did not want to leave. Also the house is walking distance to the beach (about 5-10 minutes), but it's a hilly walk so not for everyone. Some days we would drive to the beach which takes 2 minutes (finding parking can be difficult so leave the house early). The beach Joao Fernandes is one of the closest and one of my favorite (you can go scuba diving or snorkeling there). Only additional comment about the house is regarding the driveway which is very steep. If you have a small/heavy car it may not get up there. One of our cars didn't, so we parked down on the street, which is free and we had no issues. Anyway, a great experience and I would love to go back! Thanks Michele and Daniela for everything!

The house is great and with all comfort and comfort. Airy, spacious environments. Anyway I can already consider myself a constant client in this house. Our stay at the chalet was great. We had everything we needed to spend a week. Myself and my family have enjoyed the peace of the place. Mr. Leandro is a caring and very responsive host. We felt at home and took good care of her. We hope to return soon.
