The apartment is in a beautiful place! The condominium is quiet and very comfortable. The neighborhood is very picturesque, we loved the view of the island! A place with all the amenities!!!

From the first contact with Tiago and later with Renata, we were extremely well guided and welcomed. It was our first trip with our baby and Renata was super empathetic and helped us with her experience and brought us security. The accuracy of the listing, the quiet days in the condominium, the good value for money of the homemade food from the restaurant and the excellent cleanliness of the apartment made all the difference. We didn't cook, but I noticed enough items to do what is necessary for a couple and up to 2 children. After our great experience, we highly recommend staying with Renata and Tiago. And if you're afraid to travel with your kids, especially babies, count on them for unforgettable family days.

The stay was very beautiful, 3 friends came and we all agreed on the same thing, we would return to this place if we return to Arraial. The stay was excellent! The location is amazing and everyone is very cordial in the condominium. All brand-new, well-maintained, well equipped. I loved Gabriel's receptivity, super staying with him again. I recommend bringing a spare towel if you are staying less than 7 and more than 3 days. Our stay was exceptional. From the moment we got to our exit we were very well assisted. The house has an excellent structure, is very well taken care of, has jacuzzi and BBQ area. We arrived and the freezer and refrigerator were already on. Very clean linen and towels were provided. As a differential they still provide beach chairs and a special affection with children's sand toys. The house is in front of the beach of João Fernandes, the most beautiful in b***s. I would like to leave a special thank you to Leni, who has welcomed us wonderfully well, very attentive, makes flawless food and makes the stay even better!!

The house is spectacular, better than in the photos. Super equipped for the stay, several bathrooms, ideal for large groups, additional items such as sun loungers and umbrella, it has access to Playa Das Velas, the condominium is super quiet and family-friendly. It has a very good shared gazebo too. The attention from Saulo and all the people in the Condominium was also very good. It's far from downtown, but we got around very well with transfer and Uber, you're a few minutes away. It has a supermarket nearby and the location is very quiet.

Great house, really like in the pictures. Great location and close to everything (you need to use a car to go to the beach). Cozy, safe and family-friendly location. Host super attentive and easy to communicate. The only point to improve would be the air-conditioning (they make a lot of noise and get in the way of sleep). I recommend the house to those looking for tranquility and security.

The house is wonderful! Extremely clean, organized, perfect location, close to Rua das Pedras and glued to oven beach that is one of the most beautiful beaches in Brazil. Michel was a formidable host and his assistant Vania was amazing. Nos has helped too much, super solicit, attentive and friendly. If God permits we will come back many times! The house is great, very spacious, all rooms very well organized and clean. In addition, utensils and kitchen items are varied and very useful. Carlos was also requested to answer us without delay and offering clear information.

I'm not a public review, but I always read the reviews that help me decide. So I'm starting to leave some of my experience. Luciana's house is wonderful! The condominium is very quiet and with very friendly people. Everything impeccable! It was just not very clear to me the issue of towels and sheets and I ended up not taking it. However, she offered me the towels and linens that were already in the beds (but not very good). So lightweight: bed and bath linens, soap, toilet paper (she leaves two rolls) and phosphor. Important also leave your home with the location it sends, as if you put it by the address you go to another location. She takes time to respond, so do this in advance. The site is about 30 minutes from the Centre in the day and about 40 min at night because of traffic. But, nearby there is Porto da Barra at Manguinhos beach which is wonderful! And is a block from Rasa Beach. Anyway, we had a wonderful weekend!

Check-in was very good, the host was very nice and explained everything to us, the bathroom was very clean and tidy, the pool was also very clean. A very cozy and nice place. One block from the train station and a business and restaurant, everything was great.
