Paola è stata molto gentile e molto disponibile con noi. Eravamo in 10 e ci siamo trovati benissimo dato che la casa è bellissima, molto completa e spaziosa. Abbiamo passato un bellissimo capodanno con degli amici e ci piacerebbe molto tornare. Grazie Paola per la flessibilità nell'orario di check-in e nella disponibilità per aiutarci con le decorazioni. Super consigliato!

Flot, hyggeligt og charmerende sted. Man føler sig hjemme. Væreterne er klar til at hjælpe. Hundende er meget rolige. De kommer ikke hen til dig, medmindre du gerne vil. De kommer ikke ind i huset. Hvis du er bange for hund, ville de holde afstand; hvis du elsker at lege med hund, ville de være venner med dig.

Tolles Appartement mit toller Ausstattung. Der Empfang von Paolo war perfekt inklusive einer Flasche Prosecco als Willkommensgruss. Die Küche war gut ausgestattet und die Betten sind bequem. Dank der Klimaanlagen konnten wir die sommerliche Feuchtigkeit im Griff behalten. Alle wichtigen Orte sind zu Fuß gut erreichbar und die Nachbarn waren nicht zu hören. Deshalb eine Empfehlung von uns.

Our stay was great!! Alessandro was kind enough to pick us up from the train station. He showed us maps of where to go and had restaurant recommendations. He gave us a tour around the house. There is a beautiful lawn that we could use. The house is very spacious, private and within 15 minutes walking distance to everything. Well appointed kitchen. We enjoyed our stay here very much.

Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour dans la maison de Marco. Elle est très agréable, le jardin privatif est un plus très appréciable, la maison est très bien entretenue, bien agencée, et très propre. Le quartier est beaucoup plus calme que les quartiers plus touristiques que l’on rejoint facilement à pied ou en bateau. Irene qui a été notre contact pendant notre séjour a été très à l’écoute de nos demandes et nous a renseignés à chaque fois avec beaucoup de réactivité et d’efficacité. Nous avons vraiment apprécié séjourner à Venise dans ce quartier et dans la maison de Marco.

Estupendamente comunicado, teniendo cerca hitos como Bolonia, Ferrara, Módena, Ravenna... Pese a estar muy cerca del aeropuerto, nunca nos molestaron los aviones. Bien climatizado, con habitaciones grandes y camas cómodas en la planta superior. Buena mesa y televisiones (una en uno de los dormitorios y otra más grande, en el salón). Todo muy limpio, cocina muy bien equipada. Plaza de aparcamiento propia en la misma puerta. Buena comunicación y amabilidad. Como punto mejorable, podríamos hablar de la bañera, clásica pero un poco incómoda.

Die Unterkunft und das ganze Gelände sind ein Traum. Wir waren als Familie mit zwei Kindern da. Auch andere Familie waren da, alle haben sich gut verstanden und man hatte trotzdem seine Ruhe. Es gibt ausreichend Liegen am Pool und der Pool selbst ist sehr schön gelegen. Der Standort eignet sich sehr gut für Tagesausflüge nach Venedig, Verona, Padua oder Vincenza. Alles in allem können wir die Unterkunft jedem uneingeschränkt empfehlen und werden auf jeden Fall zurückkommen!

We had a wonderful stay during our pilgrimage. The rooms were maxing and the location was perfect. Thomas made sure everything was very detailed and made the process so easy and simple.

Wir haben uns in der Wohnung von Giulia von Anfang an sehr wohl gefühlt. Der Check-In war auch dank der guten Kommunikation sehr einfach. Die Wohnung ist super sauber, ordentlich und es fehlt an nichts. Das Bett war sehr bequem, die Küche ist gut ausgestattet. Toll ist auch, dass es überall zu öffnende Fliegengitter gibt und Rolladen zum Abdunkeln. Ein toller Ausgangspunkt für Fahrradtouren, der Strand ist gleich um die Ecke und direkt in der Anlage gibt es ein nettes, kleines Café/ Bistro, wo wir am Nachmittag unseren Cappuccino genossen haben. Wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen.

Ubytování bylo bez chyby. Hostitelka nám během pobytu dala spoustu užitečných doporučení na aktivity v okolí i právě probíhající společenské a kulturní akce. Což jsme rádi využívali. Ubytování bylo vzorově čisté a v naprosto klidném prostředí. Doporučujeme.

Onze dagen in het huis van Riccardo waren heerlijk en ontspannen. Alles was compleet en het ontbrak ons aan niets. De hoogte punten waren de heerlijke taart, het zwembad en het ontbijt. Deze plek bevelen we zeer aan. Wij wensen Riccardo en zijn familie alle goeds toe.

We have stayed at a lot of Airbnbs, but Filippo's place is truly one of a kind. Driving through the gates, you enter time travel and arrive at an 18th-century villa situated in a park, which includes 20th-century modern pool. The house itself is large, even after 3 days, you will still make a wrong turn and end up in an unexpected room. Filippo is a great host. Follow his advice to sample some local restaurants nearby or on the coast, where you likely will be the only tourist, and be welcomed in a very intimate setting. Busy Bologna and quaint Ravenna are close by for exploration. Filippo, thanks again for having us. Please keep this unique place in your family and for guests to experience.

We stayed here for the Imola F1 GP. Perfect place for this as you can walk to the track, downhill to the track, and uphill for the return. The area is very quiet and scenic. Elisa is a great host, responsive, easily reachable and shared very valuable information and advice.

Host met us at the pier walked us to the apartment eliminating the initial stress of locating the property in crowded city with our luggage on hands. Host is very proactive and responsive. Great flexibility by allowing us to keep our luggage in the apartment past our check out time to make our travel to the next destination a lot easier. Apartment is roomy and clean. All required amenities (dishwasher, clothes washer etc) are new and in good working condition. Excellent property. Located w/in walking distance to all POI. Highly recommend it!

Appartement simple mais avec le nécessaire. Bien placé pour visiter les principaux lieux d’intérêts de Romagne. Peter est un hôte très accueillant et réactif si on a besoin de quoi que ce soit. Il propose une carte très pratique pour visiter la région et est un bon ambassadeur ! Super rapport qualité prix.

Great location! Short walk to tourist areas but private and quiet. Flexible checkin/checkout to accommodate our last minute changes and early luggage drop off was very convenient.

L'appartamento di Cinzia corrisponde perfettamente alla descrizione. Facile da raggiungere (5min a piedi da parcheggio Park Unione), in pieno centro storico di Chioggia. Appartamento pulito ed ordinato. Cinzia estremamente disponibile e puntale sia nelle risposte che all'appuntamento per il check-in. Location e locatore super consigliati.

This charming location was better than anticipated! Location was perfect!…away from the large crowds, close to the water for walks, great restaurants and atmosphere, neighborhood feel, felt extremely safe for a mother-daughter trip!

Vaatimaton, mutta puhdas, siisti ja käytännöllinen asunto vanhan kaupungin tuntumassa. Ympäristö rauhallinen, ei liikennemelua, ainoastaan rappukäytävän ja seinän takaa kuului ääniä, mutta vanhoissa taloissa äänieristyksen kanssa usein näin. Olimme oikein tyytyväisiä ja suosittelen.

Die unterkunft ist ein Traum. Die Begrüßung sehr liebevoll, alles ist so nett hergerichtet mit einem Begrüßungsgeschenk, einfach traumhaft. Die Unterkunft ist noch viel grosser als ich mir gedacht habe. Sehr sauber!! Alles vorhanden, es fehlt an nichts. Die Veranda ist auch sehr gross und lädt zum verweilen. Simone hatte tolle Tips für die Umgebung. Schade dass wir nur auf der Durchreise waren. Wir waren gerne noch viel länger geblieben. Daher kommen wir auf jeden Fall wieder!
