Vacation rentals with beach access in Argostolion

My first time in Kefalonia. Very gracious host. Very responsive, pleasant and always a smile. Right by the bridge, main street, ATM, market. This is a smoking space. I don't smoke, but it was very clean. The bathtub/shower is cute but small. I enjoyed it! a new experience! Taxi stand at square was not far away. Kefalonia is wonderful. might be best to rent a car than use taxi to your due to cost. But go to Kefalonia if you can! Big thank you to my lovely host!!!

Love the Myrto! This is our 3rd stay here and we love it. The host Dionisis and his family are wonderful, so friendly and welcoming and always responsive if any questions need answering. The apartment was very clean upon arrival and thank you so much for the welcome local treats. Everything we needed for our 16 day stay was available, including clean towels, bedding and bins emptied daily. Parking available with the apartment as well. Quiet location, but 5 minuteswalk from the nearest bar and tavernas . There's a fantastic choice of places to eat and drink in the village and wonderful friendly people. We have visited Kefalonia 6 times now and always stay in this village. No loud clubs and bars so perfect for us, just a lovely atmosphere. Highly recommend the Myrto apartments and thank you so much for another brilliant holiday. Hope to be back for a 4th visit 😃

Beautiful and comfortable one bedroom apartment within walking distance of restaurants, shops, the port, with a beautiful view and terrace, and a short drive from the stunning beach of Antisamos. The owners are friendly, always available, and helpful. Highly recommended.

This is the second time we’ve stayed in the Chloe villa and it didn’t disappoint! It’s such a beautiful location with an amazing sea view to watch the sunrise. The pool is directly below and the sea over the road which is perfect for early morning swims. Especially due to the changing temperatures in the water where salt meets fresh and there are warm spots and cold spots. It’s a short pebble beach so water shoes (or flippers in my daughter’s case) make getting in and out of the water much easier. Steve was a brilliant host! Nothing was too much trouble. Really responsive and because we had a late flight extended our checkout time until 6pm which meant we could enjoy a full last day. The apartment is equipped with everything you need, including some starter items for your arrival, such as biscuits, jam, milk, butter… and wine! There is a coffee machine, toasty maker & everything else you may need (incl. washing machine and dishwasher) A 20 min coast walk straight to Sami!

The apparent is beautiful, so clean and nicely decorated, the bed is comfy anf the facilities are brand new. The kitchen is well equipped and the view is beautiful. Great location, just perfect for reaching all the island attractios. Memi and her mother are wonderful hosts and helped us with anything we needed. We had a wonderful stay, I recommend this appartment very much!

Olivia was above and beyond our expectations. Mary and her daughter were so kind and helpful and as a first time user of Air Bnb, we were massively impressed. We will definitely be back again in the near future!

Beautiful apartment surrounded by a wonderful garden. You can quickly reach the beautiful, mostly empty beach, which is also good for children to swim. Chloe lovingly takes care of the house and garden, we hope to come back soon!

Our host was flexible and the accommodation had what we needed,especially a washing machine. It was close to restaurants, a beach and a mini market. I would stay there again.

A beautiful penthouse apartment with a spectacular view. The apartment is tastefully decorated with a modern design. Was a perfect base for exploring Kefalonia.

Octopus Garden stands out as one of our all time favourite Airbnb locations! Ideal in every way! My son and I felt instantly at home! Agia Effimia is a tranquil, cozy village away from it all, yet Argostoli was an easy drive that we made several times to beauty spots on the other side of Kefalonia. The proximity to Sami was a massive plus, as there are tons of sights and lovely shopping. The house is spacious and had everything that one could possibly need. My son enjoyed having his own bedroom and bathroom. The wash machine was extremely handy. Thank you so much for leaving so many goodies for us. It was nice not to have to run out immediately for supplies and groceries. We didn’t do a lot of cooking, as the restaurants in town were amazing! Amalia and Cafe Fior D’amore were our go-to’s. I will miss doing my yoga on the terrace overlooking the bay and listening and to the morning song. We loved the sweet, black cat who always greeted us and shared our sun spots!

Fabulous stay at Kia's place. Our kids loved playing at the beach - sandy, gentle slope and much warmer water than other beaches on the island. We loved that the taverna opposite would bring food over for us to eat sat out on the patio after the kids had gone to bed. The house itself was comfortable, even if the kitchen is fairly basic. The garden is beautiful!

We really enjoyed our stay! The house was wonderful, and the view from the terrace during breakfast was absolutely gorgeous. We felt very welcome and would definitely recommend staying here to anyone visiting Poros.

Great Airbnb just a short walk from Agia Efimia. Big balcony area with a brilliant view. We loved that we could walk to a pebbled beach in 4 mins. Useful to also have a dishwasher and washing machine. Thanks for having us.

We spent a wonderful vacation at Kritamos Home. Maria is a great host (along with her husband). On one day, she even delighted us with a traditional home made greek meal. The house is very nice, perfectly clean, AC working well. The bedrooms are spacious, the kitchen had all the things we needed, the bathroom was pretty nice and provided enough space for us. Finally, the living room was beautiful. All the furniture in the house is of high quality. There were three tables (two inside, one outside) where we could eat. The village of Pesada has a very nice and easy accessible beach (10 minute walk from the house), but a bit crowded in the afternoons. There is a single store in the village, so a car might be useful (but you will want one anyway to visit as much as possible of Kefalonia). Argostoli (the capital) is the nearest town, a 10-12 minutes drive. But the entire island of Kefalonia is worth exploring. In all, I recommend with all my heart a vacation In Kefalonia at Maria's place.

Beautiful studio, fully equipped and comfortable. I loved the location: it’s a bit on the edge of the village and very peaceful, but you can walk to the restaurants and supermarkets. Amazing sunrises over the sea from the balcony. I’ll come back here next time I’m in kephalonia. Warmly recommended!

Everything was as it appears in the photos. Argostoli for anyone interested in going is a 15 minute drive. The responses from the hosts we had were quick and everything we needed throughout our stay was impeccable. An overall picture from personal experience I would again choose to stay in the same home.

Very clean Appartment a few minutes walk to the beach

Excellent Airbnb, possibly the best we’ve experienced (out of many). Kostas was great in providing tips and taking time out to help us. The bikes were extremely useful to cycle into Lixouri (which is about a 20/25 minute walk otherwise, if you don’t have a car). There are 2 great tavernas within easy walking distance. Roads in Kefalonia can be tricky but having a car is useful (although we managed well without for half of our stay - I would recommend the car rental in Lixouri rather than booking in advance online). Joy is absolutely an amazing host! She was so warm and welcoming it really felt like I was visiting family. Her property is breath taking all around. Favorite things include: The air conditioner working exceptionally well after a hot day outside lol. The view was spectacular and the pool was gorgeous. Breakfast was delicious! The property is close enough to a small mini market as well as the beach and all the beach side restaurants. Joy ordered laundry service for a small cost that was greatly appreciated! Daily room cleaning and fresh linens. The property was quiet and peaceful!

Absolutely perfect stay in the heart of Lixouri! This house exceeded all expectations — immaculately clean, beautifully decorated with a stylish and modern touch, and incredibly convenient for everything you could need. It’s ideally located for exploring all the stunning nearby beaches, yet peaceful and quiet at night. What made it even more special was the thoughtful attention to families: the house was wonderfully equipped for a little toddler, with a comfy crib, toys, and little touches that made us feel completely at home. It’s clear the hosts truly care and go the extra mile. Highly recommended for anyone, including families — you’ll feel relaxed, welcomed, and truly taken care of in this lovely home.
