Dimitris was an amazing host, super welcoming and clearly takes pride in seeing his guests have the best time possible duringtheirstay. The wine and patisserie were really lovely and unexpected touches. The villa was perfect for us and the pool / terrace really makes Villa Zoi special. Kefalonia itself is a beautiful and unspoilt island and Villa Zoi was the ideal base to explore from. Thank you for a great family holiday.

I’m not sure where to start. The hosts are beyond incredible and hospitable, they took us to the shops, brought us things when we needed them and asked how we were throught. Tammy and Babis were so wonderful. The place itself is a marvel, you’re surrounded by swathes of raw nature and combine that with the outdoor amenities, you’d wish you were there all day. Such a clean, pristine place. Me and my friends were speechless, by the quality, the hospitality and the experience. I absolutely recommend this place and hope to come again in the future!

Myself and my partner recently stayed here and what an amazing place it is. The villa itself is just like the pictures and is a secure gated and private place to spend a holiday relaxing and enjoying Kefalonia. It is only 20 minutes from the main city Argostoli and just up the road is supermarkets and restaurants. It is also very close to multiple beaches. It has some great views of the sea, Zakynthos and the mountains. It was spotless and had great facilities throughout ( fast WiFi, Netflix, multiple sun loungers, bbq area, perfect clean pool etc ) The hosts Anastasios and his sister Marilena were very welcoming upon arrival and showed us around the villa. They also left some local snacks/wine and provided us with recommendations for the island. They were also quick to respond to any queries. Overall we had a brilliant stay and couldn’t have asked for a better place. We will definitely be looking to stay here again when we return to Kefalonia!

We were met by Theo, who showed us the villa, which was spotlessly clean. As a family with a baby we tend to cook in the evenings, the kitchen was lacking in equipment but Panos rectified this the next morning. We had a very generous welcome pack on arrival with chilled drinks, really appreciated. Unfortunately the dishwasher developed a fault and we had an issue with one toilet but Panos quickly booked a plumber and an engineer to sort the issues- these things happen! The pool area has lovely views, the bbq was great and we fell in love with Kefalonia. We had a mid week clean which was very thorough. A car is really needed but we could walk to restaurants at Skala and plenty of taxi’s to catch a ride back. We would highly recommend the villa and thank you Panos for your help during our stay.

Anna is clearly an experienced traveller and/or host because the villa is very well equipped in the kitchen and outdoors. Towels are provided and fresh bedding is provided mid week. The pool is a nice size and the property is clean and private. The area is very hilly but easily accessible to the nearest beach, restaurants and bakeries. 15/20 minutes from the airport and a 5 minute walk to the nearest supermarket (a large Lidl is 10/15 minutes away). Would recommend.

Villa Christina was amazing and a really good find. Location within 5mins to the beautiful port of Sami and a central location to the rest of the island. The villa was beautiful, just as described, very clean and decorated nicely, lovely pool and outside bbq within well looked after grounds. Lots of space for 4 adults and 2 children Christina was a great host and we would love to visit again

Just back from a fantastic week at villa dionysos in the beautiful Spartia. What an amazing place to base yourself to explore Kefalonia. You really need a car here, think we might have struggled without. The pool was stunning with a view out to the sea and we loved watching the super yachts moored there.

Clear recommendation, for this fantastic house in a very peaceful environment. The kitchen is very well equipped. The cooking with 3 different seating groups and the countless roses is very well maintained. Be sure to visit the restaurant, Dimitroula's Place, so traditional and delicious.

the place is modern renovated, clean friendly neighbor in the center of the village, walkable to the beach and all services peaceful area host is positive and helpful, has a convenient transfer service for a fee

We had a restful week at The Octopus Garden, loved the views and the gorgeous cactus gardens. Perfect space to relax and great BBQ facilities.The little beach across the road is perfect for swimming. Hosts were responsive and welcoming. Good restaurants, coffee and grocery shops a short walk away.

Amazing accomodation overall. The most wonderfull seaview from almost every window. Everything is better than the photos, super clean and spacious, with attention to every bit of detail to make you feel welcomed . The hosts super kind, fast responsive and very helpful. The location is easy to find with some very good instructions. Close to many beautifull beaches and main roads. I highly reccomend this accomodation, its truly a gem on the Island!

We’ve just got back from a 9 night stay at this great property. It is exactly as is shown in the photographs, with a fantastic view of the sea and mountains. The host Lisa was responsive, she met us at the arranged time with the keys and explained how everything worked. The apartment was spotlessly clean, all of the furnishings were good quality and almost new. Everything worked and it was well equipped. We really enjoyed the large patio area and the outdoor furniture was also of good quality and new. Agia Effimia, is a pretty village with plenty of good restaurants and a few shops. We ate out most days and evenings in the local restaurants and I was pleased to find a good selection of vegetarian food on the menus. We hired a car and went on some spectacular drives in the mountains, we visited all of the major villages and beaches on the island it was a fabulous holiday from start to finish. We can definitely recommend this great apartment.

Fantastic villa! It is immaculate, spacious and well equipped. It is in a quiet and peaceful location, but just a short walk from some good restaurants, cafes and supermarkets. The lovely Myrtos beach is just a few minutes drive, and perfect for exploring the centre and North of Kephalonia. Sophie and Ellie were the most amazing hosts, with help and advice, plus wine, treats and even a meal on arrival. Thoroughly recommended!

We had a wonderful stay. Lovely house with nice garden with great trees and a nice balcony where we had a good time. Located peaceful and cosy. Nice little walk and walk over to the convenience store and restaurant.Very nice beach,especially for children since there are sandy beach some many other beaches on the island do not have. Particularly cozy that the mother of lillian came by with cookies and a little chat would😊 come back.

This was just what we wanted for a week of peace and gorgeous surroundings ...easy access to lovely beaches for a swim and tavernas were great too ... we would love to return next year ... satisfied customers

We had an amazing stay at Akis & Eleni's property. It was presented exactly as it was in the pictures and perfect for our family vacation. It's a private property, so very peaceful, with an amazing pool, outside area and sun loungers. Just a very short walk out the back of the garden and you are on a lovely (very unique) beach. There is a great beach bar if you turn left, and a short walk around (through the water) some rocky outcrops (or via some steps to avoid the water), a larger selection of beachside bars and restaurants, and water activities. You'll need a car for the supermarket and exploring the rest of the island, but it was the perfect bolthole for us for a week. Akis & Eleni were excellent hosts, and very easy to contact to provide you with the peace of mind you need on a family trip. Would highly recommend this to one family or two!

Christina is an awesome host ! - really can’t wait to stay there again. Very friendly welcome and departure, very comfortable house with all necessary amenities. Nice level walk along the moorings to the town centre and all the fabulous restaurants!

We relished our stay at Dimitris‘ and Ioannas place enormously. It is romantic and easily the most beautiful old house in Poros. Close by the water one can see and hear the sea constantly. In addition we were made to feel welcome and at home instantly.

We had a great time with Stavros and Sofia. The place is beautiful. The views over the sea on the terrasse are stunning. It felt very private, nontheless Stavros was always close for any requests (for example, providing an umbrella for the beach). The apartment was very adequate and we spent great 9 nights here. There are great beaches nearby (although you need a car), and its a good base to explore the island. An absolute gem and we would fully recommend it to anyone!

Such a lovely place in the nice village of Spartia. The house is perfectly clean and very functional. Shops and beaches are close to the house. Also, the communication with Dimitris and Xanthi was fluid and kind. I highly recommend this place for your next holidays.

Lovely, spacious cottage, located on a hill, which makes it quite breezy. The hosts are very nice and helpful. We very much enjoyed the place and would love to visit again!

Lovely family friendly Airbnb - it was very clean, had all the amenities we needed including cot/highchair and toys for our son, host was extremely responsive and helpful! We loved sitting on the terrace for breakfast and playing with our son in the garden. Lixouri was a really nice town, small enough to feel relaxed but with everything we needed. Would happily go back!
