Central apartment, close to the center of Arendal.

Central Apartment for rent, in nice southern town Arendal. Walking distance to the city center, about 15-20 min. (One can walk through the tunnel by the train station, across Bendikskleiv, or around down by the water). There is also a bus about every half hour just up the hill here. Private parking space belonging to the apartment. 2 bedrooms - Measurement on the beds: (180x200 - Medium/Fixed), and 140x200). Private laundry room with washing machine and dryer. Large plating with a possibility of grilling. Note: There are stairs down to the apartment.

Cozy and well-maintained apartment in a single dwelling, with sea view and private patio. Nice location in the middle of a quiet development area. Well equipped with TV, Wi-Fi, most of the kitchen equipment and washing machine. 300m to shop and bus. The bus runs about every 30 minutes to Arendal/Grimstad/Kristiansand 2km to beautiful Buøya with several beautiful beaches. Shared entrance and hallway, own lockable door. Modern apartment near the sea in the heart of Grimstad in idyllic southern surroundings Quiet area. The apartment complex was built in 2017. About 50 metres from a cozy bathing jetty. Short distance to beaches, shopping, the pedestrian street, cafe, restaurants and outdoor spaces. Free parking in garage. There is no terrace in the apartment. There is a short distance to the bus stop and good bus connections to Arendal, Lillesand, Kristiansand (e.g. Dyreparken, Sørlandsparken) etc.

Dorm near Grimstad city center (without full kitchen)

Liten hybel i et rolig område nær Grimstad sentrum. Ett soverom med dobbeltseng (150 cm), samt sovesofa med plass til én til (gi beskjed på forhånd om dette er aktuelt). Badet, med dusj, har tilkomst fra soverommet. Liten kjøkkenkrok med kjøleskap, vannkoker og mikrobølgeovn (ikke stekeovn/kokeplate). Parkering rett utenfor hybelen. Det tar 10 minutter å gå og 2 minutter å kjøre til Grimstad sentrum. Til UiA er det 30 min å gå, men det er gode bussforbindelser like i nærheten.

Large Downtown Apartment by cozy marina

The Appartment is located at a cozy marina, with nice view of the marina and all the boats passing by during summer season. Quiet area just a short walk of 8-9 minutes along the seaside promenade into the city center. Where you will find alot of nice restaurants and pubs. You can enjoy the morning and afternoon sun on the terrace. There are numerous grocery stores just waking distance away, and also bus stop just 200 m from the appartment.

The apartment is located on the ground floor of a residential house on the seafront in Arendal. The apartment has been renovated with a new kitchen with dishwasher and microwave. In the living room is both a seating area and a dining area. It is possible to insert a cot if necessary. There is access to use the garden outside the apartment. Access to the beach/seafront is agreed with the host.

Apartment on the seafront.

Great location right on the seafront , guests can use the part where the jetty is just below their entrance and to the right of the large anchor on the jetty. THE REST OF THE PIER AND THE SEA arch and the beach we use. ( Not to tenants,) There is also the possibility of renting a kayak, 2 pieces.
