Holiday cottage with fantastic location on the south side of Kolding Fjord. The house is 60 m2 with large private terrace and large garden with lawn right down to the beach. There is access to a shared private bathing jetty. The house is located high above the fjord and guests can enjoy the most amazing views with sun all day from the terrace. There is private parking at the house with space for 2 cars. On the plot there is its own vineyard, pentaque court, outdoor fire pit, lots of cozy hooks and covered small terrace.

Charming annex in scenic surroundings featuring a spacious living room with a sofa, dining table, and a fridge with a small freezer. 2 cozy bedrooms with double beds, as well as a toilet. The unique outdoor shower is tucked under the shade of a magnolia tree. Enjoy your own private terrace with a view of the forest. There is a grocery store just 2 km away and offers fresh bread and other essentials. The area is perfect for hiking and cycling, and it's only a 7-minute walk to the water.

Børn er velkomne og vi kan stille babystol og privat pusleplads til rådighed. Det er muligt tilkøbe 2 ekstra senge på 1. Sal.
