Monthly Rentals in Arena Gorda Beach

Chantal, Lissette, and Michelle were fabulous. Very quick to respond to any communications, took care of any issues immediately. Locals at security and the Colmado were super friendly and great to deal with. Shout out to Francis in security and Manuel at the store - he also delivered water to us often. Pool area was nice. We would recommend anyone staying in the complex long term have a car because the beach is a 30 minute walk and the shuttle is not always available. Uber is very expensive to get groceries. All in all a nice place and great hosts.

Paulo and her husband were very helpful and responsive. They even offered to pick us up from the airport, drive us to our resort the next day and also picked us up and brought us back to the airport (for a small and reasonable fee). We also stopped at the grocery store on the way there with no problem or hesitation. They were very attentive and accommodating with us. The place is small and not fancy but it’s clean and well kept and gets the job done. I would stay again because they made us feel extremely comfortable the entire stay and beyond.

Apartment itself is great, same as pictures. Best if you have a car or a bike. Uber also works well. It is in an area surrounded by resorts so it is not that walkable. There is access to the beach after a 20 min walk. Beach is public and beautiful. Amenities like restaurants in the area are mainly inside resorts. Uber to Iberia supermarket, well stocked.

***** 5 stars – Unique Airbnb experience! This Airbnb is just wonderful! The location right on the beach is unique, and the apartment itself is perfectly equipped – nothing is really missing. Thewes, Jan's father, is sensational! He took us on a tour of non-tourist places and provided us with valuable tips for excursions. He also arranged a rental car for us, as well as the first purchases. The support for our trip began before arrival – incredibly helpful! Nelly, his wife, is super sweet, and the whole family is just warm. Jan regularly inquired if everything was okay and was always there for us. The conversations were great, the terrace was wonderful, and there was always enough water - just sensational! Here, the hosts are not only friendly and helpful – they are unique people with whom you like to remain friends. Absolute recommendation! Thank you!
