Poplar House fit the bill for our needs for a family birthday party ! The layout and sleeping arrangements were perfect for our needs and the location was terrific ! Hallie was responsive to questions and very friendly - making our rental experience effortless.

The St Jude suite was perfect for my travel needs! I was looking for a home base for a personal retreat, and Tracie's place was everything I needed and more. She has put a lot of thought into her guests' experience, as demonstrated by many little details and conveniences. She was very responsive and helpful when I had questions. I would stay again and recommend it to others!

We really enjoyed our stay at this lovely lakefront home on Smith Lake! Michelle is very responsive, helpful, and kind. This is one of the most well-appointed homes we've stayed in - great cooking materials, extra blankets for sitting outside, and wonderful local references provided. The screened-in porch directly connected to the home is fantastic and was even comfortable for remote work. We highly recommend this home!
