Marcos is an excellent host, always very cordial, proactive and quick communication. The apartment is exactly like in the pictures besides the great location. I definitely recommend the stay and would stay again.

The apartment is super well maintained, very clean and with cooking utensils! The bed and bath sets smelled very good and the hostess Alessandra responded to us very quickly regardless of the time, and was still very kind and empathetic to our requests about check-in and check-out! It's literally a short hop from Catuai mall, which is one of the best in the city! The pool and playground are very pleasant and well cared for too

Villa Spectacular, Large, Comfortable, Full Roulette, we just didn't use the pool because it was a little cold, but it was there, clean, ready for use. And we don't use the barbecue that was there “just looking hehehe”. Quiet Neighborhood. We used it for a lunch in celebration of 51 years of my wife and sister-in-law, which we would have liked to have done at 50, but time only for God belongs. We will return to enjoy the pool and hehehe barbecue. Thank you Mrs Thaís for your attention and trust!

My family was passing through on a road trip and it was great to stay at Mrs. Ivete's house! The house had towels and bed linen for everyone! We ordered food through iFood and used the house's dishes and silverware. The mineral water in the electric dispenser was very cold! Mrs. Ivete always answered my questions quickly and was available to check in at the time we needed. Thank you very much and see you next time!

The house surprised me, it was more spacious and cozy. Great for long stages, had everything I needed. Flávio was a great host and the location is great. Quiet neighborhood and close to things.
