Beach house vacation rentals in Antigua and Barbuda

We stayed for 4 weeks at Franz & Korin's Villa. It had everything we needed to enjoy a wonderful time in Jolly Harbour. Franz was excellent at communicating with us and provided us with information before arriving and during our stay. He set up our driver, Randi who is awesome, for transport. The condo was spacious and was enjoyed by us and our friends. Bedrooms were large with bathrooms in each. The kitchen has all the utensils and pots you will need to cook. We used their covered deck a lot for eating and relaxing. We loved being on the water and were lucky they had two stand-up paddle boards. We took leave from the deck to paddle the harbour. Franz organized a golf cart which you will need if you don't have a car. We loved the location of the villa. It was 5 minutes from North Beach. A beautiful beach to do yoga, swim, paddle, and watch sunsets. Thank you Franz & Korin. As we say in French, jusqu'à la prochaine fois! Until next time!

Absolutely perfect stay! My wife, two kids, and I had an amazing time at Elena’s villa. The place was spotless, well-equipped, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Elena went above and beyond—even having basic groceries waiting for us when we arrived, which was such a thoughtful touch after a long trip. Anytime we needed anything, she was quick to respond and incredibly helpful. The location is unbeatable—just a few steps from a beautiful, quiet beach. The AC in every room was a huge bonus, especially after hot days at the beach. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend and would love to return

We had a great stay at the villa. Spacious and comfortable rooms and great views of the sparkling bay. We loved watching sunrise and having a first swim before breakfast. The private access to the sea is amazing and comes with sunbeds for relaxing under the sun. Hung organized for us the transfer from/to airport, which was perfect. He also gave us information about car rentals. Long bay is 5 minute walk from the villa. The other beaches are at least 30 minutes drive. Our favourite one was Half Moon Bay. At night we could hear loud music from nearby resorts, but it usually ended at about 10 PM, so it wasn't a problem for us. Marilyn prepared for us delicious meals.

This is a beautiful villa located in a very quiet, newer development. The home is laid out well with large living areas, spacious bedrooms and baths. The upper and lower outside living area are particularly inviting with a large sectional on the upper area and a dining table on the lower area by the pool. Both with ocean views. The villa is fully air conditioned , which is a huge plus during the afternoons over the summer months. We did not end up using during our stay in April. The kitchen was fully equipped with all appliances, (classic coffee maker, commercial grade blender, etc.) The refrigerator made ample amounts of ice each day. The point I am making is, all appliances are modern and work well. The zero edge pool is full sized for 6 or 8 people, not some tiny thing. It overlooks a cove leading out into the Atlantic. All pool furniture is top of the line, fresh, clean and feeling new. The house manager was a special treat, genuinely interested in guest experience.

The villa was beautiful and looked like the pictures. The back deck and upper decks had chairs and great views. Excellent BBQ and stocked kitchen. Beautiful bathrooms! Added surprise was orange juice and milk in fridge and fresh water dispenser. Felicia supplied beach towels, dishwasher soap and washer and dryer soap. Would highly recommend a golf cart. Felicia will arrange golf cart. Randy was great and taxi pickup and return. Go to Mangroves beach bar at Jolly Harbour Resort They have good drinks, light foods and this includes beach lounge chairs with shade umbrella’s at Jolly Harbour beach. We went daily! As mentioned book a golf cart as the are is very large. Grocery store well equipped with food and alcohol! Go to North Beach, quiet and beautiful and a trip on cart on the hill. Amazing views. Restaurants, Sea Dreams, Hogg’s Tequila bar and restaurant, Arlecchinos steak and seafood and Al Porto pizza.

The villa was wonderful! The complex was quiet and beautiful. Very clean. Comfortable bed. Well stocked kitchen. Natasha was excellent! We got a little confused getting there but she was waiting for us and guided us in to the complex. She helped us arrange a car rental and masseuse and was very fast to respond to questions and with suggestions. Even brought over a cooler for us to take to the beach. A huge fruit and snack basket was waiting for us which was amazing! The location was further from everything (grocery store, restaurants, beaches, etc) than I thought (35 +minutes) but once I got used to driving on the left side of the road and figured out our way around, it was ok and every trip out was an adventure! The pool was great for doing laps and the beach is lovely with loungers and umbrellas provided. We didn't end up eating at the restaurant because it was only open for lunch (12-5) but it looked good - beautiful setting! Highly recommend & would love to go back!

The home is gorgeous, clean and so comfortable. The outside patio and the lower deck above the water were beautiful. Enjoyed snorkeling right off our property.

We had an amazing time at Sara's place. She gave great recommendations and always super responsive. My favorite part was the back patio that looks out into the ocean. Also the breeze and sound from the water is amazing at night. I will definitely be going to this place again!

Wonderful villa, beautiful views, gorgeous pool, lots of space, nicely furnished, beautifully clean, very well kitted out. Had a few issues at beginning but hosts v responsive and keen to sort quickly. Would have been great to have an information booklet / folder with practical info about the villa but also recommendations / opinions about restaurants, beaches, excursions etc. The hosts were very helpful - but just useful to have this kind of thing in any accommodation you stay in. It was a shame about the construction noise - beyond their control I know. Mainly it was in the distance but sometimes it was enough to send us to the beach rather than relaxing at the villa. In the main though a wonderful villa which we all enjoyed being in and particularly the beautiful views during the day and at sunset 🌅 - thank you Patrick and the team for all your help.

We had a fabulous stay at Cactus House - and loved having the porch verandah for coffee and breakfasts and dinners… but also as a great jumping off point to explore the incredible beaches. You absolutely should rent a car to maximize your time. Hazel was a wonderful resource and comfort for local info. We loved the local recommendations! The house was as advertised and very comfortable.

We had an amazing stay at Kamisiky House! It’s even more beautiful than the photos depict. Gary and Val have created a truly special place. Everything about this home is comfortable and well designed. We loved being close to nature — watching sweet, little birds fly around the property and spotting eagle rays at the private jetty were particularly special. The bedrooms are super comfortable, and we loved listening to all the tropical night sounds that lull you to sleep. The pool and view are absolutely fantastic. And the kitchen has everything you need to cook very comfortably at home (we also really enjoyed takeout from nearby Reggae Village). Valincy, the house manager, is always available by phone and right on time for check-in and check-out (Thank you, Valincy!) The only problem in the end was how sad we were to leave. We will definitely return!

We had an amazing time at The Loft & Gatehouse. It’s such a beautiful setting and great location for the bars & restaurants of Falmouth & English Harbours. Aidan & Fiona were great hosts & management team & made sure we had everything we needed. We loved being back in Antigua after many, many years. Highlights were snorkelling off Galleon Beach, afternoons at Pigeon Beach, early morning walks around the reserve & of course the obligatory Sunday night BBQ at Shirley Heights.

From the start of the booking process Asha and Angela responded in a timely fashion and were always so helpful. During our stay Angela would call to check on us which I found really nice and any issues we had were quickly resolved. The place is beautiful and spacious and the place was just as they described. You made my first time in Antigua very pleasant, thank you so much ☺️

For us the villa was perfect. Less than 5 minutes walk to the supermarket and 10 minutes walk to Jolly Beach. Plenty of places to eat and watch the amazing sunsets. Having our own pool was a bonus

We were not even there 5min and my SO had her phone out planning a return stay for next year with family. That’s how nice this place is. From the first minute in the villa to the last minute of our stay, everything was awesome. Everything needed for a truly comfortable stay is there. Now I know why there are so many great reviews. GT

We had a wonderful stay in Antigua, and Loura was an exceptional host. She was very responsive and attentive to our needs. When one of our kids got sick, she helped arrange for a private doctor to visit the Airbnb, which we truly appreciated. The home itself was very nice—clean, comfortable, with a great kitchen, a spacious shower, and a lovely backyard. The gated entrance and fenced property also added an extra sense of security, especially with kids. Loura also provided portable toddler/infant beds, making it perfect for families. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!

The photos do not do this property justice. We had an amazing stay at Sarah’s property as a family of four kids aged 8 & 13 the villa had everything we needed and more. The kids loved travelling round in one of Randy’s golf buggies. We hired a car and got to check out some of the island. Definitely recommend Shirley Heights on a Sunday for sunset party. Sarah was really responsive & helpful especially as we were a last minute booking. We loved every minute and will definitely be back!

My friend and I really enjoyed our 5 nights at the Villa house Airbnb. It was a very modern, spacious, private, safe, clean, and comfortable home . We had everything we needed, including lots of storage to house all of our things! The laundry room & the rooftop were a plus! We absolutely loved the spectacular views from in the house and outside the house! The host Carol was more than helpful and made it a smooth process. Trevor, the house manager, was absolutely terrific! He was very friendly, kind and so very helpful! He made himself available whenever we needed him. We were very grateful for him. Ian & Merie were also wonderful! They got us where we needed to go safely and smoothly! If you are sensitive to noise, make sure you bring your ear plugs or headphones. The frogs and crickets are talking and singing every evening right on time. We would definitely recommend this Airbnb to all! Thank you, Carol, for helping to provide the perfect stay in the gorgeous island of Antigua!

Location was great, with an amazing view of the boats. Communication was good. Tatanya contacted us early to explain the construction situation, she was upfront and honest. Hazel (property manager) continued to keep in touch and to ensure all was satisfactory. Hazel was a great source of information and was always reachable. We had a new barbeque and used it lots, as we sat outside to eat most suppers. Condo has everything you need. The grocery store is nearby, however we had a car rental which made it really easy, as we went through a lot of drinking water. There are two vegetable / fruit stands outside the grocery store, which has local options. Restaurants are nearby if you choose. Jolly Beach turned out to be one of our favorite beaches, walk is approx 5 minutes from condo. Thanks for the great experience of Antigua!

Stacey was always available to answer questions regarding the place, though there were lots of labels so everything was easy to find without needing her to tell us where to find what we were looking for. The place itself was so lovely, the other people staying in the apartments were friendly, and sitting on the deck with the morning cup of tea watching the sun come up was so peaceful. Also suitable for getting around the island nothing was more than a 50min drive away. Definitely would stay here again

1000 Characters is not enough to describe Noreen’s place. I am a solo traveler and I felt completely safe and completely welcome. My first day there I was invited to a fashion show where Noreen’s pieces were being modeled and it was fabulous! We had dinner at the trade winds hotel which was EXCELLENT! The Yellow Maison is very clean with a beautiful view of the ocean, a 5 minute walk to the beach with endless food and excursions. I will absolutely book again!

Barbuda is a place for peaceful pristine beaches, and adventure if you choose to seek it. This house located right on the beach offers access to both. A couple minutes walk brings you to the best restaurant on the island, Uncle Roddys. There is the best beach in the world right down the road 8 min drive away. Princess Diana beach, with calm lapping waves, and white sand. You’ll possibly be the only one there. Grab some drinks at shak-a-Kai , let Enoch know in advance and you can have lobster or chicken right on the beach. At the house, we enjoyed its peacefulness, shell hunting along the beach, and use of the kayak. Mr. Thomas let us rent his car for the week, and any questions or issues we had he was helpful. He came right down and helped an internet issue, and when we had a flight issue at the airport when leaving, Mr Thomas personally came down to help, and let us stay another night when we needed. I can’t say enough good about their hospitality to us, and the beauty of their isle.

Great house with 3 bedrooms; 5min away from beach; extremely friendly neighborhood; small shop is 5min away; We really enjoyed our stay there. Sharon, the concierge provided an excellent service. Definitely a house to come back.
