Condo vacation rentals in Antigua and Barbuda

I cannot say enough good things about this condo! We love Antigua Village and have been here a few times before, but this condo is spectacular! So well renovated with high-end appliances, and Vanessa is such a gracious and helpful host. We so appreciate the hospitality and had a wonderful trip.

Sarah’s condo was perfect for our family of 4. It is super clean and spacious, and the beds were soooo comfortable. It’s a 10 second walk to the quieter end of the beach. There were lounge chairs and towels available for us to use. We were walking distance to many great restaurants. We had coffee on the balcony overlooking the water every morning. Sarah was so helpful with instructions, and recommendations for car rental and taxis. We loved our stay here!

I want to thank Althia for working with me and my little family when flight issues arose. Her home feels just like home and my daughter enjoyed her room and space which is exactly want I wanted. Thank you for working with me and making your home feel like my own.

The property is located steps away from the stunning Dickenson Beach. It can be a little busy but usually there is enough space on the beach. Sun loungers are provided but unfortunately on one or two occasions these have been reserved with towels for hours. I would suggest that security should remove them for the convenience of other guests. Otherwise the stay has been very enjoyable.

Great, clean apartment with an amazing view of the Caribbean sea. Well managed with 24x7 security and a day reception that was helpful for us to book cabs etc. The staff was very friendly and were also helpful for letting us stay a bit longer since our flight was in the evening. The location is perfect as it's pretty much right on the beach and there are several restaurants in neighbouring resorts + a convenient pickup point for excursions right on the beach. There's also a grocery store right outside the property which means you never have to drive / walk anywhere too far

This was a true gem in Antigua!! Spectacular brews. Lush surroundings. Peaceful. Calm and awe inspiring!! Marco is a fantastic host!! Always responsive!! Don’t miss out on this find!!

The condo was awesome! The air conditioning worked great! The bed was comfortable. Only twice was the hot water a little limited, the stove ran out of gas and the owner came promptly the next morning and fixed the issue. My husband enjoyed fishing in the bay and at the rocks he caught a lot of fish. The grounds and view are so enjoyable. At night you can see the cruise ships go by. The beach was beautiful but the water was alittle choppy and I enjoyed the beaches further south better for more calm water and snorkeling. Next time I go to Antigua I’m gonna try their other condo in yeptum bay. Overall great experience and no complaints whatsoever!

The Seaside Studio exceeded our expectations, along with the hospitality of Toy-Ann and John! We arranged with John to have someone pick us up at the airport, as we were coming in 2 nts early before our cruise departed and did not want to rent a car. We were timely met by friendly Toy-Ann, who was so accommodating, even let us stop at their local grocery. She was very informative about the island, & gave us many suggestions on what to do. Our check-in was very smooth and the studio - very clean, spacious, stocked kitchen with snacks & beverages & in a wonderful quiet condo village. We took advantage of the beach, Salt Plage (walkable, local restaurant & bar) that provided Steel Drums & music both nights. And the swimmable Tiki Bar, local bars on the beach and chaise lounges in the complex. Also, a nice pool. Toy-Ann also drove us to the port and showed us the downtown area of many markets to walk through before we departed on our cruise. We had a wonderful 2 nt stay!

This was one of the best destinations we have been to and Clare and Matts place really made it our best holiday ever. What an oasis to chill out in after the UK, cool, spacious well appointed accommodation, superb outside space with a lovely clean pool and plenty of loungers to relax on. The beautiful palm tree at the end of the garden was perfect shade in the afternoon sun. Stunning beaches to lay around on and warm clear water to swim and snorkel in. Shirley Heights jump up on Sunday was a must visit and we had a great time there. Andrew

Vanessa place was a perfect home base! Inside living space is small but an amazing private and large second floor patio space. You can’t get a better spot to watch the sunset. Very friendly ground crew staff and an amazing beach right out your back door.

Great condo in a nice quiet area. Plenty of space to stretch out and both balconies are nice. I would recommend a car as the grocery store is a 25 minute walk and Jolly Beach even further as the condo is on north finger. Also bring cash. Most places including gas stations are cash only.

Very nice block of 4 apartments set in well maintained grounds and pool. Air con in all rooms which was great. Was a bit tricky to find as there is no clear sign - but easy once you know! We met guests staying in other apartments when around the pool which was really nice, particularly for our daughter who got to play with other children. A short drive to Jolly Harbour where I played tennis and we used the pool and restaurant. There is a nice community down there who’s made us feel very welcome. Best local beach was Ffryes which was great and 5 mins drive. A couple of good restaurants across the road. We were very pleased with our stay, thank you Lavern, Mo & Michelle!

Maria and Paul were so accommodating and welcoming. The apartment was beautiful and well kitted out with everything you could possibly need. The pool is lovely and private with a great view of the harbour. Paul and Maria are very helpful and have such a great knowledge of the area providing incredible recommendations of activities and restaurants. If I was to come Antigua again I wouldn’t stay anywhere else but here!!!

Lisa is a great host! We loved the space and felt the good vibes the family like community setting. Everyone was very friendly and we enjoyed every day at this ideal location!! It was so peaceful and so close to the turquoise water for swimming❤️🙏

Had a blast! The AirBnb was exactly as described and the host was very helpful and communicative to make sure we had everything we needed. Can’t wait to go back!!!

This is a gem of a place and the photos don’t do it justice. So so clean with the most incredible view

The home looked like it did in the photos. It was clean, had supplies that we would need. Stacy was very responsive and accommodating. The hole is in a great location. It is quiet, there is a grocery store within walking distance; there a fine restaurants in the complex; the are local vendors; it is on the bus route; close to the beach.

Miss Kathleen greeted me with great kindness. Made me feel like family and made sure I had everything I needed. Very clean and equipped! Star, the cute protective family dog out back didn't interfere with me at all and I actually felt safer with him there. Location is approximately 15 mins drive from town and 20 mins from English Harbour. 30 mins from most beaches. The apartment is connected to the main house via a back shared room you have to pass through to exit. Sometimes Miss Kathleen and her husband have to use or pass through there. The kitchen windows with curtains and kitchen door with a dark tinted window face out into that back room. Doors all locked with keys. There is also a separate detached small home in the backyard where her son lives. This is all just to say that you are not completely locked off or isolated from seeing other people here if thats what you seek. Your bedroom and bathroom are definitely very private and lock as well. Nice overall

The house is absolutely beautiful, new, clean, and spacious, located in an excellent position. The hosts, Chelsie and Jenny, are fantastic and incredibly helpful. They went above and beyond by offering to assist me with booking restaurants and excursions. I highly recommend staying here, and when I will return to Antigua, I will definitely choose this accommodation again! Thank you for all the support! Susanna

Arian is amazing! Quick response in every step of the way. Very helpful and very polite always making sure that you’re ok at his place. The Apartment is great right next to Dickenson Bay Beach steps from everything. The amenities are top notch and the area is very peaceful.

This a an excellent place to stay. Everything was clean and modern and in perfect working order. The views are spectacular and this is a peaceful and safe place to be. The nearby beach is great for snorkeling or just swimming with plenty of shade. There are several other beaches just minutes away, plus other activities close by. The hosts were friendly and very helpful. I would definitely stay at this location again.
