A very nice apartment on the outskirts of Cannes, good location, quiet, tidy amenities, everything good, thank you Virginie!

Near the Croisette, shops and restaurants or delicatessens , the sun is clearly visible on the terrace in the morning .

Our stay was really good, the apartment was just as described. Natacha, the co-host, was very friendly, helpful, responded quickly to all our requests and shared tipps on events.

Inna was a wonderful host! She was incredibly communicative with us and met us upon arrival to give us a tour of the space. The apartment was exactly as described in photos and was the perfect sanctuary during my work trip at Cannes. There was plenty of space (I had my family with me) for each of us and I really appreciated having working AC in all rooms. Shops and restaurants were very close by - I would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful apartment with beautiful views of the port of Monaco. Ideal location for Sigthseeing in Monaco. Cristina was very available for questions and votes.

Everything was great, apartment was clean and well-equipped. Quiet neighborhood. Short distance to old town, shopping and train station. Very comfortable bed. Balcony was also nice having sunshine. We were very satisfied.

We stayed 4 nights in the house. It is very functional, and well appointed. The + bedroom downstairs and the 2 bathrooms. We would recommend this listing.

A perfect stay at Rita's. With her husband François, our hosts gave us a very nice welcome and responded to all our requests. The accommodation was as described and located in a very quiet area of Le Cannet, close to the center of Cannes. I would highly recommend it!

We had a beautiful holiday at this villa; 9 of us stayed comfortably, with plenty of space and everything you could need for a great holiday. We spent most of our time in the pool, it’s a fab size and with the garden, it is perfect for kids. The villa is very private, just a few mins walk to a very small beach and few minutes to bus stops. We didn’t drive so found it a little far from the supermarket to walk but buses were regular, easy and cheap! The surrounding areas of Nice, Cannes and especially Antibes are stunning. Overall a perfect holiday, thank you ☺️

The place was more than we expected. The photos show little compared to what the apartment contains. I would 100% recommend this place, the location is just perfect and the apartment is very spacious. Excellent communication, nothing to say! Thanks for the experience!

Having a garden and upstairs terrace looking out to sea is a huge plus to this house. The nearest swim point at 3 minutes also fabulous, beside Le Moure Rouge cafe. The bed linen is absolutely divine. We liked the fact it was 20 mins fast walking to Cannes centre, or a frequent bus service up to 9pm, along the lovely sea front. We used Uber to get home from town in the evenings. Pascale was very helpful, great check-in with her.

Well-appointed and spacious apartment with multiple bedrooms in a quiet and residential area and well located close to the beach, shops and public transport. Also ideal for outings such as Cannes, Monaco, Nice, etc. Secure parking, very well-equipped kitchen and the welcome and exchanges with Yvan were perfect. Recommended for family stays.

This villa exceeded our expectations—it was even more beautiful than the photos, with breathtaking scenery that made waking up each morning a joy. It was perfectly equipped for our stay with two young toddlers, including a full-size cot, a high chair, and dark shutters that made nap times easy. The amenities were fantastic, and the host was incredibly friendly and responsive. He even kindly offered to post back some forgotten items, which we really appreciated. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this property to others and hope to return ourselves in the future.

Great stay. The pool was absolutely lovely. All the outside areas were beautiful, with lots of choice where to sit. The bathroom was also very nice. The bed was huge, but a little on the hard side for me. The main room was big and well decorated in a French style. The kitchenette was a nice place to sit and had lots of equipment for making basic meals. No oven and only one hob was more of a challenge than I had anticipated - probably fine in the summer when eating mostly cold food. The owners were very friendly, but not overwhelming - we had our privacy respected. We felt safe and secure in the accommodation and grounds. Only 2 small niggles. The bedding was inadequate - I was cold most nights. I did ask for a duvet, but we only got a thin blanket. Probably fine in the summer, but September can be quite chilly and I resorted to wearing some clothing in the end. This second point is no fault of the owner, but we were woken up in the early hours of every morning by local barking dogs.

We had a great time. The apartment is well located a few minutes from the beach in a fairly quiet area. The apartment's amenities are excellent, we had everything we needed for our 1-year-old baby. The apartment was really nice when we arrived, it perfectly matched the listing. Ronny was able to guide us to visit beautiful things in Nice. He was very responsive and very nice to us. We really enjoyed spending these 5 days in Nice, a very nice discovery for us. We will be back.

We had a great vacation in a great apartment. The apartment is in a very good location in the city center and everything is easily accessible on foot. Damien is a very responsive and very understanding host (we arrived at the apartment around 11 p.m. and this did not pose any problem for the key handover). We would happily stay again.

We loved our stay in this apartment in Nice. The location is excellent, with restaurants and main attractions within walking distance. The apartment was spotlessly clean and very well kept. Marianne, the host, was super clear with the instructions and very proactive at all times. Totally recommended!

Amazing location right in the heart of old town and close to everything including great restaurants. Host was very communicative and provided advanced warning of any issues. Early check-in was provided which we appreciated greatly! Thanks again Hanna.

One more year we have stayed at Benedetta’s apartment, and it has been fabulous. Benedetta replies always within minutes, the instructions are very clear, and the apartment could not have a better location. Everything is within walking distance, and the apartment is just as shown in the pictures. We will be back!

Dear Frederique and dear Olivier, we already miss your beautiful and characterful apartment! Eight days of Nice seemed to us for a long time, but were far too short. We would like to immerse ourselves in the exciting and friendly neighborhood and the amazing architecture of the city for much longer. And walking on the water, sitting on the beach with a glass of wine, enjoying the good food in small restaurants... Nice will definitely see us again and if we are lucky, also your apartment :) Thank you both for always fast and accurate communication and Olivier for picking up at the tram station, for the suitcase service in the stairwell(!!) and the bottle of rosé to welcome you. You're a great host!
