Emmanuelle's apartment is ideally located in a quiet suburb south of Grace. The apartment is very well equipped and matches the photos. Stunning terrace with sunny views from morning to night. Excellent communication with Emmanuelle before the stay. Fully equipped kitchen, living room with tv, good wifi. barbecue and pool available. easy parking on premises. A great stay!

We were very well received by Tiziana and her loved ones when we arrived, we were helped unload our personal belongings. We had the pleasure of finding fresh water and wine in the fridge to welcome us! The area is beautiful, I recommend some small gems like the medieval village of Saint Agnes which will take you on a journey in time, Gorbio with its square and its merchants, Eze and its fantastic coast or Menton with its famous lemon but also the Val Rahmeh botanical garden and its sumptuous regional plants and also from all over the world... If you are looking for thrills, I recommend the waterfalls of Piaon which is about forty minutes north of Roquebrune, a beautiful cove is quite uncrowded.

We’ve thoroughly enjoyed our stay with Delphine and Christophe. Fantastic hosts and amazing place to stay. Their home was ideal for us to explore the French Riviera including Monaco, Nice, Cannes and the lovely small medieval villages. The place was pristine and the use of the pool was perfect. Our daughter was encouraged to pick the oranges from the garden and we had fresh orange juice every morning. Our hosts were very polite and personable and couldn’t have done more for us during our stay. We’d highly recommend this AirBnB if you’re looking to explore the area. We wanted somewhere peaceful to relax and not a city centre location. This place fulfilled our expectations and so much more.

A splendid house with magnificent views. A very well appointed private space and a very pleasant shared space that helps preserve everyone's privacy. Top leisure amenities with teenagers! A warm and generous welcome. In short, a great stay in a sublime environment.

Good stay spent at Aurelien's, matches the photos,well equipped, clean, parking space in front of the door, beautiful terrace, quiet place, the campsite restaurant is very good. I recommend it. Best regards

Our hosts were very welcoming, discreet and caring. This natural setting offers us tranquility, the pool is very nice, even shared there is room for everyone. The house has plenty of storage, everything is available there is nothing missing. For dogs, it's best to keep them on a leash, the outside is not fully fenced. Window screens may be missing. We had a beautiful week, doing it again without hesitation.

We stayed at Vincent's place for a week and we are delighted. The accommodation is very functional, well equipped, clean, and extremely bright with all the floor-to-ceiling windows that look even better than pictured. Great viewpoint on the valley, very well located (30 min from Nice, 45 min from Menton, 1h15 from Saint Martin Vésubie). Very quiet environment, the access road puts directly in the atmosphere (2.5km of lace-up). In short, a flawless one and a great week for us. And Vincent is very accommodating and super nice. We even tested the pool that had just been watered (14 degrees but motivated it is done😆)

Patrice's property is beautifully situated and completely private and secure. All of the outside spaces are incredible, large, well maintained with wonderful terraces to enjoy. The pool and surrounding area is fantastic! Safely secured separately from the main grounds with a summer house including a toilet, shower, fridge, kitchen area with a sink and BBQ and ample seating and sun loungers. There is also adequate shaded areas for those who want to escape the sun. Equipment to maintain the pool during your stay is also impressivy provided! Inside, there is a large utility room, well equipped kitchen, huge dining room with a snug TV viewing room off to the side, with a cosy sofa and a couple of chairs. One bedroom is located downstairs with an ensuite. There is a separate office area leading up the stairs to the remaining bedrooms, a family sized bathroom with his and hers sinks! The beds are amazingly comfortable, lots of linens, towels etc are all provided. Overall a fabulous stay!

We had an amazing holiday with friends in the owners' beautiful home. Their house is set in a breathtaking setting for nature lovers it's ideal. The owners are very welcoming and friendly. We will return to this beautiful region and house with great pleasure. Thanks again for everything 🌴

A great place to stay! We stayed for four weeks with our two dogs. Especially liked the fenced garden where you could drink coffee and sunbathe. Everything was clean and fresh and we lacked nothing. The hosts were nice and fun and gave us good advice about the surroundings. The only minus was that it was impossible to walk the dogs out on the road outside the house because of all the traffic and no sidewalk. But we got tips on what nice forests and parks we could drive to. We are very happy to come back here!

This stay in Cannes and its surroundings, was wonderful for my husband, my daughter (10 years old) and myself; Sylvie's house contributed to this beautiful holiday since it is a charming house, very clean, healthy, comfortable, with a clean and subtle decoration; equipped with air conditioning in the common room as in the bedrooms. From the terrace, the view is magnificent, refreshing; a pleasure to have your PDJ and the evening meal. The localasation is also perfect since we went to the beach on foot, as at La Croisette and other areas of Cannes. We can only recommend Syvie's home, since we will come back; our stay was so pleasant, safe and comfortable. Syvie remained concerned about the proper functioning of our well-being in her home. We had a great time in Laure's cottage, we particularly enjoyed the very comfortable bedding and quality bed linen, as well as being able to enjoy the pool quite close to the cottage at will. Very nice house located in a private park with small lake , pleasant pool, tennis , very shaded , The house is charming inside it is completely renovated and air-conditioned , in early August it's very nice , very well equipped , there is nothing missing for the comfort of a stay in the south east, its exterior is overlooked and rather quiet , we enjoyed the barbecue and the lovely evenings on the terrace Also we enjoyed the very beautiful area but also the activities of the park with the pool and tennis. Thank you!!!

A wonderful house in a great hideaway location right in the middle of Pont-du-Loup. We loved the fact we felt so tucked away in the beautiful terraced gardens with fruit trees and so many choices of places to sit and of course the fabulous river to cool off in. Loved everything - the house was very stylish down to the crockery and glasses! A fabulous area, we walked and swam in rivers every day, went to Italy and the coast. Fantastic!

Mick and Claire and their b’n’b were great! They were there to welcome us in and made us feel at home. The amenities were great with food and drink ready for our first morning! We had a great chat with them both and they were incredibly warm and fun. We are heading back and will be booking again if there’s space. The area is also great with loads of restaurants and beautiful villages. Highly recommended
