We spent the weekend in the apartment to explore the area around Altmühlsee and Brombachsee. An ideal apartment for this. The Altmühlsee can be reached in 5 minutes on foot, the Brombachsee in 20 minutes by car. Gunzenhausen with its beautiful old town and good restaurants is also only 8-10 minutes away by car. The apartment is perfect for 4 adults (there were only three of us), it is very spacious, modern, has a nice large balcony with good views. It is a quiet area to relax and feel good. The kitchen is well equipped, there were all the necessary things, even dishwashing detergent, dish towels and tabs for the dishwasher. There was also a bottle of water and pads for the coffee machine, as well as tea. Very attentive! I highly recommend the apartment. Thorsten is a courteous and friendly host, gives many tips and is always helpful. Thank you so much for letting us be guests here.

Communication was very friendly and competent in advance. We then contacted you on site about the key handover. The loft is centrally located and yet very quiet. Parking in front of the door incl. Wallbox. The warm and clean loft is very inviting, with lots of great details. Here, the timber frame is combined with modern technology and an innovative style. The beds are a dream☺️ We felt super comfortable. Roland was open to our questions and helped us in a very friendly way. We would definitely recommend it and I have also requested another appointment ☺️ Thank you Roland and family for your hospitality ☺️

We had a wonderful time! The apartment is a perfect countryside getaway. We enjoyed all the birds that came to sing in the garden. The apartment is in the back of the house and behind is a big meadow covered in dandelions, where geese like to hang out. It is very calming. 5 minute walk to the lake, 5 minute car ride to the store and very nice bakery. Many good restaurants in the area (mostly car is needed). It was awesome to bbq in our yard or just relax with a book. Bikes are included. The apartment was pristinely clean. Arne and Sandrine are perfect hosts: friendly, responsive and kind people! Very nice accommodation in a quiet location and yet you can quickly get to Bamberg city center by bus. The apartment was clean, well equipped and offers a large terrace. We can only recommend it and would be happy to come back.

super nice accommodation near the old town with lush amenities that leave nothing to be desired. Very comfy beds and pillows. Everything is available if you want to cook, bake or just make tea or coffee. Everything is very high quality, new and well maintained Worth a trip overall.

We chose this house based on photos and reviews. But reality exceeded all expectations! The house impresses with the most unusually successful interior solutions and perfectly selected accessories, furniture in the appropriate key, the highest quality of household appliances. Convenience and perfection are the best acceptable words. The hospitality of the hosts, the desire to create maximum comfort and the feeling of unreal peace were highly appreciated by us! Special thanks for the highest 5-star hotel quality class of beds, mattresses, pillows! (I travel a lot and can say this! ) This is the most beautiful house in the entire district with well-groomed trees, flowers, and charming landscape design. A good location - among lakes and forests, fields, colorful nature create an atmosphere of relaxation. 5 minutes to a supermarket, restaurant. 30 minutes to Nuremberg. Highly recommended!!!!

Beautiful, peace, clean, perfect!

Great place for families! We spent wonderful days in Birgit and Kalle's apartment. We were greeted on a warm summer day with cool drinks - perfect. We especially liked the tranquility, the large terrace overlooking the countryside and the beautiful garden, which invited us to relax and play. As a child, you experience paradise on earth. Lots of toys, books, games, balls, vehicles, etc. are available, plus vehicles for outside, trampoline, table tennis, sandbox, etc. Otherwise, the apartment is superbly equipped - we lacked nothing. The insect screens on the windows are also great. Having arrived by electric car, we were pleased to be able to charge it via a socket directly at the carport. Bitgit and Kalle met us in a friendly and helpful manner. As a starting point for activities in the area and the region, the location is ideal - you can walk directly from the house or reach various excursion destinations after a few minutes by car.

Everything worked out, was just like in the photos. Unfortunately, the lake was without water, but the hosts can't be blamed for that. :)

We visited someone in Gunzenhausen over the weekend. Since Gunzenhausen is quite expensive in terms of accommodation, we chose the apartment at Boris'. It was very nice. You have a small cottage for yourself, and it is an 8-minute drive from Gunzenhausen.

Everything worked out as expected. Overall great experience.

The house is wonderful, spacious, warm and beautifully furnished, everything you need is there and more besides. And a lovely sauna! Very kind and responsive hosts, they sorted out a minor hitch for us very promptly. They were friendly and helpful, left us to it but were there if we needed anything. Can't fault it at all, thank you so much, we had a great stay.

We had a wonderful family time at Lisa's. Everything was as in the photos and she is very nice and helpful. We will be happy to come back.

There were three of us there for a total of 5 nights and we felt very comfortable. The apartment is very clean and the old town is wonderfully within walking distance. By car, you can reach the Baggersee in 10 minutes! Would book the apartment again.

We were 6 friends who spent a weekend in Bamberg. The living/dining room was the perfect size. 3 single bedrooms that were spacious and nicely decorated. Super recommended!

Cora was always very easy to reach before arrival, she was there in person for the key handover. The reception was very friendly, we also received a bottle of wine - thank you! The apartment was super clean and fully equipped, everything worked as it should. There was also a coffee machine! We cooked three times, everything was there. The garden is large and versatile, fantastic. We just didn't get the wood, it was too damp. We just roasted the meat instead of grilling it. From the apartment, we did a two-hour hike through great nature with many nice encounters, great! KOMOOT's suggestion was really good. At night it was very quiet here, we sat outside in the evening under the pergola until it got too cool, and then continued to discuss in the living room. Overall a very nice stay. We fully recommend the apartment for 4 people and Cora as a host.

A very comfortable and convenient place to stay in this lovely area of Bavaria. The small farm holding and variety of animals together with the colourful artwork outside gave a very bohemian first impression. Kim was a very friendly and helpful host and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The accommodation gave us everything we needed for self catering.
