Ron and Sam’s place absolutely incredible, the space that they provide at the cost is unmatched. Extremely clean, very well maintained and above all did I mention the space. I had my own living room, kitchen, and bedroom. This is a MUST for those weekly DoD commuters or anyone needing a bigger space to feel at home

i would give more than 5 stars if it were possible. The place was amazing and our host Khalid was always there to answer questions within minutes. would definitely recommend to others and would book again if ever in the area.👍

As everyone else mentioned, the place looked the way it was advertised and pictured. It was very quiet all around and I felt very safe. Contrary to what other reviews say, there is actually bus just a 1-2 min walk from the house. It's an express route so it only works certain hours but I took it often. It snowed the first week I arrived but Luis was quick to shovel and the path was clear for me to walk on. The neighbors were nice too, they helped me take off the ice in my car. I also loved the location. I found that I was mostly 10 minutes away from places I wanted to go - to a church, mall, grocery, etc. There was also your own dryer washer which was a great help! It was a good stay!

Great value! Huge apartment with high ceilings, large windows, a full kitchen, washer/dryer, and a comfortable living room with a big TV. Comfortable enough to stay for months at a time. Responsive host. You can hear the family that lives above the unit but I didn't find it distracting. Lots of great Korean restaurants in the neighborhood. Full-sized grocery store a few minutes drive away.
