Cabin on Sabbathday

Hear and see the loons from the comfort of this screened in porch. There is a trundle bed that pulls out on the porch for those that would like to lay out there , read , and listen to the birds. The cabin built in 1944 was the second structure built on our property. It is in between our boathouse and the main house. It is unique and rustic. There are two bedrooms and one bath. A small bar. A private dock and a shared beach area. There is taxidermy in the cabin including a half mount Grizzly.

4 season cozy cabin on worthley pond in Peru Maine. Spring time the ice goes out and the loons return .summer time the lake is 100' from the back door very clean for swimming and fishing we have three kayaks for use . Fall is very quiet great for leaf pepping . Winter the cabin is close to ski areas like black mountain and Sunday river most folks like to sled from the back deck to the lake sled are in the basement . The cabin has a furnace with a fire place in the living room .

A cozy escape from the business of life. Tucked just a half mile off route 219 down a camp road on a favorite body of water is this home. The water is warm during the summer and kayaks are ready to slip into the water for a loon encounter or fishing expedition. It’s only 10 minutes to groceries or good restaurants. The access road is a couple miles long and safe for walking. (Shaded and cool from the hot sun. ). Jacuzzi tub in master bedroom. Tv in each bedroom.

Charming built in the early 1900 for the family of the owners of Poland Spring. Cottage 1, has 5 bedrooms and 2 1/2 baths. On the first floor is ascreened in porch, Living room with a TV that gets 3 channels! 2 bedrooms along with a fully handicap accessible bathroom and roll in shower. The kitchen has a refrigerator, stove, microwave, and coffee pot dishes and grill available to use it has no stove. The 2nd floor has three bedrooms and a bath with shower.

Enjoy a quiet and peaceful visit to this cottage on a small pond in Maine. This place was renovated by my family and I in 2022 with a brand new wooden deck and stairs leading down to the water in 2023. A full sized bed and the bathroom has a shower and tub. We love to cook so there’s a sprawling kitchen counter and full kitchen with a grill outside on the back deck. Surround yourself with greenery and water and settle in for a cozy visit.
