We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful private villa. The place was exactly as describe, perfect for a relaxing getaway. One of the highlights was the stunning living room with a fully openable wall that overlooked the river and garden - like an indoor-outdoor lounge. It created a seamless connection with nature and was simply breathtaking. The 3BHK villa was spacious, clean, and came with a lovely pool. The caretaker and the chechi who stayed on-site to help with housekeeping and preparing quick meals were courteous and helpful, making our stay all the more comfortable. The location was serene and peaceful - ideal for unwinding.

The place is amazing. Melbin is a very good host, very friendly and treats guests like family. He helped us with the itinerary and cab for the trip around Munnar. The stay was amazing, zero hassles. About the place: The road which leads to the stay from the main road is a bit narrow. But Melbin himself arrived and took us in his car to directly to the stay. The place, the architecture, the plan, the accessories and service is all great. The view, nature, surroundings is nothing less than exceptional. Thank you Melbin for making the stay memorable

Who ever wants to stay in close to nature and surrounded by dense coconut trees and clean air and ideal place to spend with family. The house owner incredibly hospitable, ensuring I had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The room was clean, well-maintained, and had a cozy ambiance and host has arranged home food was excellent .I would highly recommend this homestay to anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming stay. Definitely planning to return!

It was a wonderful stay at Arun’s place, felt like home. Arun and his family offered us breakfast and made us feel comfortable. The house is also located beautifully within walking distance from the main market.

The property had an amazing experience! The property was nestled amidst lush greenery and offered breathtaking views of the surrounding landscape. The hosts were super friendly and welcoming, making us feel right at home. The rooms were cozy and clean, with all the necessary amenities. We loved the peaceful atmosphere and the proximity to the Marayoor Sandalwood Tree plantations. Highly recommend for a relaxing getaway!

The stay at Swastham was great and unforgettable experience. Mr. Joy was so helpful and very friendly. The bungalow has a massive plantation where Mr. Joy took us for visit, it was so pleasant and informative. He described about the plants and cultivation process, my kids and wife enjoyed very well. Had homemade foods daily which is so tasteful. One day Mrs. Joy cooked traditional Kerala style breakfast and it was truly tasty. Every morning we wake up by hearing beautiful sounds of the birds and hot coffee and sit out is unbelievable. There are two caretakers and they were very friendly and we felt like staying in our home. I highly recommend this place. Truly truly amazing. I had an absolutely wonderful stay. From the moment I arrived, the staff was welcoming, attentive, and went above and beyond to make sure I felt comfortable. The room was spotless and offered a stunning view. The amenities were excellent — I especially appreciated the clean, well-maintained common areas and the quiet atmosphere. The overall environment was peaceful and relaxing, perfect for unwinding. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a comfortable, luxurious, and stress-free experience. Joby's place is a great place to stay if you're opting for some peaceful private vacation. The house has all the basic amenities. One thing to keep in mind is to plan your food requirements. Recommended to pack your groceries if you can cook as they have kitchen with gas stove and utensils or you can purchase in the nearby shop ( Timings are important ). Hotels are not very accessible but Joby/host will arrange if you're not in a position to cook. Other than that the place Mankulam is so rich that is filled with nature and beautiful people. Do visit once.
