We had the BEST time at Chase’s place. We loved the island itself, but felt very lucky to find such a fun and personable place that was full of character and wonderful amenities. We loved the hot tub, the beach items, the games, the office capabilities, the yoga items, the great water pressure, and on and on. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you, Chase!

Great place and a great location walking distance to the beach and all the pubs and restaurants in between. Hot tub and sauna were really nice. Place is very well appointed. We enjoyed our stay Also parking right out front was available the whole time. Lots of beach toys/gear ect available.

Connie was amazing! I don’t have words to express my gratitude for the whole experience. I hosted a Yoga Retreat for 15 individuals in her yard- from start to finish, She was just amazing. So kind. So generous. Great with communication. I can’t recommend her place enough!

Chuchu (the host) was very kind and accommodating and communicated very well with us. We couldn’t stay as long as we wanted due to personal plans. So we weren’t able to enjoy the fantastic amenities like we would have liked to! There are so many amenities, and probably the best out of the Airbnb we have stayed at. Everything was spotless and well-maintained. Good parking availability. There was so much to do for everyone, from the garage games to the backyard pool, sauna and jacuzzi. Everything the listing described and then some. It was also very close to restaurants and things to do if you plan to leave the house and do other things too. It is an active area but a peaceful neighborhood and one you can relax. Best of both worlds! Great for a short stay or longer stay!

the back yard, pool and cottage is beautiful and relaxing. the pool was wamed up for us. everything was clean and very cute. i hosted a little bbq here with the family and the main reason why everyone was so delighted with the place was because of Connie. such a wonderful soul. thank you and we will definitely make this a spot to book throughout the year.

Patricia has been our host twice now, and each time has been lovely! Beautiful little casita so close to Warner Bros and Universal! Very much enjoyed our stay.

It was a pleasant stay and Sylvia was very responsive. The house was perfect for 3 of us. Had a fully stocked kitchen with all required utensils so we felt right at home, able to make our own meals. We needed a late check out and the request was promptly acknowledged and it made our stay very easy on the last day so we had enough time to pack up and leave. Thank you Sylvia! Shall recommend to anyone visiting LA

Great little house. Super cute. I will caution anyone who wants a soft bed, this is not the place for you. The beds are incredibly firm and make for tough sleeping if you’re a softer bed type. My husband would have loved the beds.

Cute little house in Balboa island. Great location. Close to main street with shops & food. Dog friendly, although we decided not to bring our dog. I truly appreciate airbnbs that allow dogs. Of note: there is quite a bit of construction one street over. Road is closed and this house is located on the detour route. Although temporary, was noisy & busy at times. Also, the one bathroom is located downstairs. We didnt mind, but keep in mind if use restroom frequently at night (bedrooms are upstairs).

10/10 stars 🌟 This space was so beautiful, peaceful, and had everything you could think of for a wonderful stay. I was so at home, appreciated being able to cook my own meals and loved that it was dog friendly. Mary was so sweet, kind, and responsive. She is a fantastic host who truly thought of everything to make this stay above and beyond. We would absolutely stay again. The oranges from the garden were an extra plus! So delicious!

Our most recent visit was our third stay at Kristin and Richard’s place. We love the location. Great for visiting the entire Pasadena and LA area. Their place has tons of character and many thoughtful touches. Kristin and Richard are very friendly and super responsive.

This is the 2nd time I’ve stayed at Dons lovely cottage while visiting Los Angeles. The setting is quiet and peaceful; interior is clean and bright. It manages to be close to everything and secluded at the same time. Don communicates quickly and answered any and all questions with near zero wait time. This is my go-to spot when I’m in Echo Park!

excellent airbnb. very centrally located in a hip part of town. well equipped house. super friendly and helpful caretaker lives nearby.

We had a very pleasant stay at Amy's place. It is in a quiet location in the hills of Glendale, with easy access to major freeways and good places to eat. The little house was clean, with a well-equipped kitchen, a very comfy bed. The little outdoors space with chairs was a real plus. Street parking was really not that much of a problem, as we were always able to find spots either right across the property or in nearby adjacent streets. Amy communicated promptly and clearly about our check in, which is always appreciated.

Beautiful cottage on the canal in Newport Beach. The house is really lovely and well-decorated and stocked. Fantastic location near restaurants, shopping and the beach. Jan and Kurt were the nicest hosts - very accommodating and exceptionally communicative. We always had a prompt response from them when we had questions and when we asked about some adjustments to our travel plans on check out day. Would give it a 5 out of 5, highly recommend, and would love to come back and stay again! Perfect for two couples.

We loved staying at this place! Will definitely book it again. I wish the windows could open though... they were painted in. It got a little stuffy without air circulating, so we opened the doors for a bit. This was a nothing detail compared to how much we loved the place and Meleah's communication and service. Amazing!!! Would give 10 stars if I could.

Craig was friendly, helpful, responsive, and provided great local recommendations. The Airbnb was exactly what I needed for a solo trip, and the location was quiet despite being only a few blocks south of the busiest part of Hollywood. I highly recommend staying here.

Natalie’s place was perfect for our visit to Long Beach. The place was spotless and had everything you could possibly need to make the stay comfortable including nice provisions that she left for us. We never had problem with parking within a block of her place and found the area to be super quiet at night. We loved walking along the beach and doing morning yoga on the deck. The heater is on the loud side, but the two times we needed it, it heat the place up in a matter of a minutes. We will definitely stay here again when visiting our son in LB.

Justin’s place was amazing! We had a great time. He was responsive gave great recommendations. The space is small as the listing said but perfect location on the sand. We would come back next time we come in town

Clean, quiet, compact and a nice view too.

Such a cute little cottage. So close to the sand that we could go back and forth for food and bathroom usage. It was close to food and grocery store that everything was within walking distance. It was warm and inviting. I appreciate the host’s attentiveness to our needs. Definitely will be back
